8. Stop outsourcing simple but essential government functions to private corporations that do a terrible job and increase costs.

   My son was recently born. Like all parents, we needed a birth certificate to show proof of life so that he could be added to our health insurance. The process to obtain a birth certificate through Vital Check was infuriating.

   Navigating their website was simple enough, even though they would have links that just brought you in circles. I uploaded my documents and they came back to say my signatures didn't match on my driver's license. I told them the only difference was that my middle name in my signature was not present on my driver's license, but it was still the same signature. They suggested the DL signature was too small, and that I may have to go get my signature notarized. Why are they using AZ State ID's if the signature printed on them are too small to use? "Just go get it notarized" is not a solution.

   I don't understand why I can't just go down to Vital Records, pay the $20 and move on with my life. Instead it took me three days and $60. Yes, $60. Why is that? Because $20 was just for shipping because after reading other reviews online, I needed to pay for upgraded shipping because certificates getting "lost in the mail" seemed to be a common theme, then you're out of luck all together.

   This is STUPID. $20 for the certificate. $20 for this private company to just to they thing my local government should be able to provide. And $20 to have it shipped to me in hopes it doesn't get lost. A 200 percent increase in costs?! Or a solid three labor hours worth of work just in order to get a piece of paper to prove my son exists? This is ********.

9. Immunocompromised having trouble getting COVID boosters

   I'm immunocompromised and got the 3 primary Pfizer vaccines. When the 3rd primary was approved, I had to go to four locations before I found a pharmacist that was willing to do the 3rd. When it came time for my first booster, I had trouble with Pharmacists thinking my 3rd primary was actually a 1st booster, I had to go to 4 locations. I just got my 2nd booster after a week of trying and being forced to get a letter from my neurologist. The CDC states on https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/recommendations/immuno.html that You can self-attest to your moderately or severely immunocompromised status. This means that you do not need any documentation of your status in order to receive COVID-19 vaccine doses wherever they are offered.

   When presented with this info the pharmacy (Safeway) said they needed a letter anyway and they didn't have to follow the CDC guidelines. AND that they had turned away many people wanting the 2nd booster for this reason.

   PLEASE find a way to get the information out. Many of us immunocompromised also suffer from other ailments, I have CRION and am legally blind, so getting to a pharmacy is already a struggle, we do not need additional difficulty when we get there. After 2 years, they obviously are not reading the CDC guidance correctly. So, I'd like AZDHS to send something to them to educate them on this matter. Even though I'm legally blind, I still work and take the bus to work, so I need all the protection I can get. Thank you so much.

    a list of results comes up, but clicking on any pdf in the results just returns me to the search screen. This site used to work flawlessly, but now it's pretty much useless. Has something changed?

14. trouble finding specific information

    Hi there. I previously had a EMT-Basic certification in Arizona and am now a physician applying for state licensure in Pennsylvania. The application requires a "letter of good standing" for any previously held certificates or licenses in the health care field.     This disgrace of a company has lied to me at least twice regarding my Wife's death certificate.
    They have sent back canned and fraudulent reasons as to what "Action Required" was.

    In each instance they didn't receive the file and straight up LIED as to why....

    Why the **** was I tricked into giving these scam artists money and WHY THE **** are you telling people they are legitimate??

    Clearly from a simple search they don't do the job!!

    Get off your ***** and get a different vendor!! (I doubt you even bother to read these do you?)

    I was thinking that someone of like mind may find this message. My ask is to revisit what health encompasses. Climate change is a health crisis, so I figured out how to grow roads. Do you think there might be a way to speak to someone willing to listen to something that is so inexpensive with materials readily available in every community? If we stop spilling a swimming pool of tar at every STOP sign or intersection, and grow roads, the result is being able to run inductive charging throughout the new roads and we would get rid of a high percentage of maintenance cost. The process is just the physics of a compression fracture within a bone and the process is faster than anyone can spill tar in any direction and call it a road surface. We can grow over, under (as if to support) or be made to be structural in repeated and combined product layering.

    This is an answer to BigOil arguments and a reason your kid may get a chance to survive, that's all.
