How to Set a Static IP Address
Access the Control Panel. In the Windows search bar, type in “ncpa
Select the Network Adapter.
Select Properties
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Manually enter IP address and subnet mask.
Save Settings.
Revert Back to DHCP.

Click Start >Settings >Control Panel.
On the control panel, double-click Network Connections.
Right-click Local Area Connection.
Click Properties. ...
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
Select Use the Following IP Address.
