  2. Extend expiration date for medical marijuana cards

    do you do the current health crisis is it possible to extend the expiration date of expiring cards for several months to help mitigate our situation

  5. Make website more user friendly

    Make it possible to someone reach a live person. I don't understand how I am supposed to apply for a dupicate card (I lost mine) and have the number when I lost mine. How about a way to deal with that issue? I'm sure it's not uncommon.

  8. Medical Marijuana Card renewal during the Coronavirus Pandemic

    Renewing a medical marijuana card is difficult during this time of CoronaVirus pandemic. For example, my doctor has canceled all non-essential appointments at this time and so getting updated medical papers from her office is not possible at this time. Would it be possible to get an extended renewal date and pay any additional fees online?

    I called today and sat on autohold for 33 minutes before being transferred directly to someone's voice mail. I called back. I've been on autohold for 15 minutes more.

    I am new here. I found you on google with medical food process when people eat. I want to say something. Most of our college students are from Kerala, India. One thing I notice they are using banana leaf when they are taking food instead of any material utensils. I told them what is the reason behind this? Our students answered amazingly, it has much healthy reason. So I want to know from you what is the exact healthy reason behind it. Please guide me.

    I was sent a "temporary link" to register but it led straight to the portal login. I can't login without registering because I was not yet able to create a password. When I click "forgot password" link nothing is sent to my inbox to reset password. How do I find or create my password?

  15. Lower prices for MM patients or expand the 25 mile rule of cultivation to all patients located less than than 25 miles to allow cultivation.

    As a patient with card on very low SSD income, not getting food stamps because I don't want to deal with the hassle of the extra paperwork, etc., it is extremely expensive to purchase medicine at the dispensary in my area and none of them around here will deliver. If dispensaries refuse to lower prices for patients, I suggest Medical patients living less than the 25 mile rule should be allowed to cultivate, as the new recreational law allows for non-patients, or else create patient co-ops who teach each other how with workshops for personal use medicine.

  16. Change back to the old MMJ application system

    The rollout of the new application system has been riddled with problems. The processing time of applications has increased. Many patients are struggling to access their portals because of errors in the data being used by DHS. Hold times on the phones have increased. When speaking to anyone within the office, everyone regrets the changes were made. The easiest way to fix this terrible rollout is to resume accepting applications through the old system. In less than 8 weeks there will be no more renewal applications to process for a year. Those are the patients who are causing the most…

  17. Have someone actually ANSWER the phone!!!

    Have been on hold multiple times for over an hour each, have tried emailing but no response. I am a caregiver and NEED to have my card and my caree card synced by date. Can't buy for him because of different dates on cards! Would SOMEBODY PLEASE ANSWER??? I ALREADY tried emailing, so don't tell me to to that!

    I had to set up a NEW account just to submit my "suggestion."

    My account is christine@bayhouse.com and I've spent well over an hour clicking on your password reset links only to be redirected to the LOG IN which I obviously couldn't do because I don't have the password.
