2. Concerns with prescriptions for opioids

   I have been on a opioid prescription for 3 years and it is one of the few of many I have tried that works. My dosage was cut in half because of the people abusing it. It is wrong the I have to suffer in pain because of other peoples abuse! Something needs to be done about this because their are many more people who are paying for it too. I have Lyme's disease and arthritis and some days are better that others but without the meds I take my quality of life would be really really bad! I hope something is done to stop the problem with the people who are abusing all drugs but foir sure something needs to be done so people like me are not suffering and paying for what the abusive people are doing!

4. Error CORRECTIONS

   I am an almost daily user of your data base, but today I came across a mess. All entries for Pima County, 1912 Deaths, numbers 33 through 48 are incorrect names and they are from Maricopa and Mohave counties. Are there coresponding entries elsewhere that are correct for Pima County?
   As an aside, when searching for any given year in Pima County (and I assume each county has similiar entries), there are about 30 inirial entries that are the same for any given year search that have incorrect dates which anyone with access to your system could correct in a reasonably short time. In general, the correct dates are on the death certificates and just need to be transcribed.
   I love having this information available. Thank you!!

5. Convert the BRFSS survey to digital please!

   I participated in the BRFSS by phone today and found the process to be almost unbearably painful. As a health care provider I appreciate the value of the data collected, but doing it as a scripted phone interview was overly long and difficult. I was able to find and read the questions on-line and should be able to complete the task more accurately and in a fraction of the time electronically. Please consider offering an electronic survey link in the future. I'm also curious why the most recent report available is from 2015? My interviewer had below average English speaking skills, and could not pronounce some of the medical terms she used. Please ensure that they are trained to pronounce the terms properly or your data may be adversely affected. Sincerely.

9. Why full price of $ 300 for renewal with incurable diseases

   Don t punish patients with expiring card and an ongoing incurable disease like Parkinson's with a $ 150 fee from a doctor who is not even the patients physician. He has also developed another cancer for which he is paying $ 2000 for the radiation. the products in dispensaries are expensive enough. Why can his physician/oncologist NOT write up the health condition and reason for a medical marijuana card yo avoid that fee? It is really unfair, just an additional income for doctors. The patient with a current card, expiring on Feb. 18 is Denis W Egan and I am his wife.

    I can get better customer service from a lobster in the middle of the Atlantic ocean in the pit of a whale shark's stomach that has croaked over and been eaten by 19 great white sharks. 13. Fraudulent Billing Information

    When I submitted my insurance information for my newborn's screening test, I received a bill from ADHS saying that the patient could not be identified by the insurance as insured. I checked with my third-party administrator and found out that the claim had been accepted and was being processed. When I called your billing department to find out why that note had been added, the only response I got was that my third-party administrator "takes a long time" and that a note would be added to my account, after which I was hung up on. No mention was made of my insurance having denied the claim. I can only assume that your billing department did not receive payment within some expected period and made assumptions about the coverage. This means that note on my bill was knowingly false, as my insurance did not deny the claim, much less say that the baby was not insured. An uncharitable interpretation might be that your billing department was fraudulently trying to illicit a payment from me by presenting its own assumptions about my coverage under the guise of information obtained from the insurance company. Please consider altering your policy of presenting false (or unconfirmed) information in your billing notes, as a more accurate note, such as "no payment/response yet received from insurance" would be much more helpful to clients trying to clear up payment responsibilities. Thank you.
