    Add kiosks that allow a card holder to make speedy purchases and check their allotment.

    from this the plants and products would be in the Kiosk, so Unless it was trash before it was placed in the vending machine, with the growers information.

  2. need plain, simple PDFs of annual reports

    I am trying to preserve archival copies of the ADHS annual reports, and your fancy-schmacy webpages like < https://azdhs.gov/director/reports/annual/2016/index.php#arizonastatehospital > make that impossible. You need to post plain, simple, static PDF versions that can be saved and viewed years from now.

  4. "Strategic Plan 2014-2018" page has been overwritten by FY2019

    Your webpage < https://azdhs.gov/director/reports/index.php#strategic-plan > lists "Strategic Plan 2014-2018" but that link < https://azdhs.gov/operations/managing-excellence/index.php#strategic-plan > goes to a page that links to the FY2019 plan. The other older plans still have their own web pages.

  5. Your renewal Website needs attention

    The application does not include the Doctor's certification upload. I treid it three times and upload everything else but there is no reference to the Physician's certification which renders the entire site useless

    In your FAQ for how to become a medical marijuana cardholder, the list isn't up to date and doesn't include ptsd.

  10. Keep Your Word; Do Your JOB

    Mr. Greg Perez promised many, many weeks ago that he would be inspecting the kitchen food prep area of the privately-run Geo Group CACF facility at the Florence Prison and share his findings with me.So Far NADA. Is GEO GROUP given Special TREATMENT by AZDOC and Mr. Ryan? SAMO?

  11. Make website more user friendly

    Make it possible to someone reach a live person. I don't understand how I am supposed to apply for a dupicate card (I lost mine) and have the number when I lost mine. How about a way to deal with that issue? I'm sure it's not uncommon.

One thing I notice they are using banana leaf when they are taking food instead of any material utensils. I told them what is the reason behind this? Our students answered amazingly, it has much healthy reason. So I want to know from you what is the exact healthy reason behind it. Please guide me.

    Did you guys change the provider list page recently, to offer more categories of provider? I usually d/l the MEDICAL_LIST file, and seems like this page has added a lot of useful breakdowns of type of provider.

  20. PAYMENT NOT BEING ACCEPTED

    THE BELOW MESSAGE IS WHAT I CONTINUE TO GET WHEN TRYING TO PAY FOR MMJ CARD. THE ENTIRE APPLICATION AND REQUIRED UPLOADS ARE COMPLETED AND YET THE PAYMENT PART IS SEEMING TO BE CORRUPTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE RESOLUTION IS OR WHEN THE SITE WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS. I HAVE CALLED AND THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID TO TRY AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON. STILL NO RESOLVE. HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES. FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND AT THE END AM NOT ABLE TO PAY. PLEASE ADVISE AND THANK YOU .
