  1. Today was the first day for scheduling appoints for Group 1B for Covid-19 vacinnation. It took me from 6:00 am until 9:30 am to schedule

    Simple suggestion: Your online process was way too complicated and buggy. When I got to the last entry, if I tried to correct an error, the system threw me out 3 times and I had to start over each time. It wasn't until the 3rd time that I was allowed to pick an appointment at the State Farm Stadium. What madman set up this up?

  3. Covid 19 vaccines in the EAST VALLEY

    What's wrong with having some 24/7 pod's like the west valley???? I'm very high risk and will now have to drive 200 miles (total) to get my vaccine. THAT'S JUST PLAIN STUPID!!!!!

  4. Won't let me log on

    I have tried both my work and personal emails to log in and try and get both my 78 yr old father and myself set up for the Covid vaccine. Won't send a (forgot password) code to my personal email, will send a code to my work email and then tells me that I don't have an account when I try and put it in????

  5. Vaccinating people who don't yet qualify

    People who are under 65, retired with no underlying conditions were able to get vaccines before people over 65 and even over 75. They got the vaccine today in Chandler. You need to fix this! They didn't even have to lie!!!!!

  6. covid vaccinations for over 75

    Please explain why Banner is secretly doing covid19 vaccinations in Tucson for healthy over-75's even though Phase 1B has not begun in Pima. My wife got an appt for Thurs but I get blocked by your registration form.

  8. How do I register My wife for Covid-19 Shot so she can take it with me she is 72 and had ovarian cancer there is no place on the

  10. Phone Call back

    When attempting to talk to a real person 844 542-8201 I'm currently on hold for an hour. While I understand how busy this help line is, how about using a method of call back so I don't need to wait on phone.

  11. show available time slot for vaccine appointment without signing in

    It will be great to provide an almost up-to-date view of the available appointment without signing-in by category (phase 1a, 1b, second dose) .This will encourage people to utilize any available time slot without checking every possible date and location

  14. Make COVID-19 vaccine scheduler work!

    Why was this only developed on Google Chrome - why is the page not found when I attempt to put my elderly mother's info in to schedule her for a vaccine? This should have been in development months ago - it's egregious that this can't be done on a mobile device, can't use a Cox email. Whoever is the IT genius behind this scheduling platform needs to be evaluated because it's not working.

  16. Your web page for COVID vaccination signup

    To say the least, this page doesn't reflect well on your group, AZDHS or the State. Among other things the procedure for entering a birth date is defective - click on the calendar for a list of years and you get years starting with 1 (presumably AD). I finally scrolled forward 1900+ years to get to 1945. It is impossible to directly enter the year. After we got past this your code apparently didn't like Windows 10/Chrome, giving an error message "tablets not supported."

    You have had three months to do this! This page looks like it was coded by…

  18. COVID sign up for a shot is horrible

    The UI/UX does not serve the public well. It should be easy to schedule an appointment to get a shot and it certainly is not easy

    You can't select a location to proceed. The site is un-functional and you can't get past that requirement to proceed

  20. DONT WASTE MY TIME.

    WENT TO CDC SITE & ASKED ABOUT GETTING THE COVID-19 VACCINE & LOCATIONS. WAS DIRECTED TO FIND VACCINES LOCATIONS. NOTHING ABOUT COVID-19. I CANNOT FIND OUT ABOUT MY HUSBAND GETTING THE VACCINE. HE IS 83, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, OBESE & A THREE WIRE PACEMAKER. AS FAR AS I CAN SEE HE IS IN THE 1C GROUP, LAST GROUP TO GET VACCINATED BUT SHOULD BE IN A T LEAST THE 1B GROUP. OUR DOCTORS SAID TO CONTACT ADHS. CAN YOU GIVE ME WHAT HIS CATEGORY IS FOR THE COVID-19 VACCINE & HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO GET IT. TO DATE…
