  2. Frustrating

    What is the plan? We ought to be able to register and be on a list when vaccine comes. Right now apparently thousands got into get appointments when I have been trying to get in since last week. One phone line for thousands to call doesn’t make sense.

  3. I have had a lousy experience trying to register for the COVID immunization. azhealth.gov/findvaccine has no registration portal

    People want to register for COVID vaccine. why don't you give them a portal to register in instead of all that advertising junk.
    You are just lying about helping people register.

  4. Your vaccination website needs fixing.

    There is no provision for retired. How many people over 75 are not retired?

    You need to show open dates and times, not makes us search through every day and time.

  7. Have a secure site for pre-registration for vaccines and have a phone number

    My browser will not allow access to your insecure site and there is no phone number to call for the State Farm Stadium site. So, how is one supposed to register?

  9. Mistake in your confirmation email

    It says: "If you have additional questions, please contact your local health department listed at https://podvaccine.azdhs.gov"
    However there are NO health departments listed there.

    I am trying to book appt.
    Nothing is available.
    I'm a teacher and tried to book appt.
    I feel discouraged and disappointed.

    There are no instructions that I could find to schedule 2nd vax.
    Can you folks try for a minute to put yourselves in OUR shoes.

    How do i sign up for a simple Vaccine C-19 shot?????

    I ve been chasing my tail for hours.

    lot of information and no instructions No fail safe logic. Multiple failed log ins should trigger a signal a person needs help?

  15. The military has the best logistic system (use them)

    I have 35 years of procurement and logistics experience from working at IBM and Solectron Corp. I also served in purchasing in the U.S. Air Force.

    Idea: Use the national guard and the other branches of the military to distribute and inoculated citizens with the covide-19 vaccines when available. The military understands better than anyone how to distribute material include medications than anyone. They have the best logistics knowledge in the world. The rollout of the vaccine has been disastrous. Also use military medical people to administer the vaccine where help is needed. Logistics is an art form. Most private…

  17. How much is the new Marijuana Establishment License going to cost, simply to apply?

    The rules state $25,000 for a license, is that paid out after it is awarded or is that $25,000 payment due just to apply for a license?

  18. My husband and I are over 72 years of age and would like to receive a Covid vaccination. Please contact us!

  19. All Health worker to be vac. w C-19

    My sister Cathy Freund was at an independent lab. in Prescott Valley to have blood drawn for her doc. She asked the nurse if she had her C-19 vaccine yet. She replied she didn't need it. Her sister had C-19 and it is
    99% curable !!!!! Aren't these labs responsible to get C-19 shots ?
