Covid vaccine priority for in home sole caretakers
There is no priority provision for people like me who are the sole caretaker of a family member at home. My husband is over 75 and I am 71 with no comorbidities. He will be vaccinated and I will have to wait much longer. What happens to him if I become ill with Covid? He is not able to live independently.

the portal to sign up doesn't work
i spent hours trying to get an appointment. i am eligible yet could not get one date to get my vaccine. also seems ridiculous that i had to put one day in at a time to check availability. after putting in zip code one should be able to see available openings rather than go day by day to see if there is a time open. also, there is not contact on the portal to call or email if you are having a problem. Az should be ashamed of how badly you have managed (or not managed) this covid crisis. my…

AZDHS building closures
Could you post on social media or have a notice on your phone lines when you guys are temporarily closed? I've driven out to AZDHS today (1/7/2021) and yesterday to try and drop off fingerprints for work. Your twitter account is currently active during this time, it seems like it would be easy enough to put out some form of notice so people don't waste time coming by a closed facility.

better schedule option
It would be best to have a 'next available' option in the scheduler therefore not having to toggle through each date individually

Phase 1C schedule question
My wife and I are snowbirds, 70 years old, permanent Illinois residents, living in Gilbert until Mar 31. How and when will we be eligible for COVID vaccinations while here in AZ?

Where is the information on current vaccination sites?
Why not have a vaccination update page for the entire state? There are other counties besides Maricopa.... Your site is very difficult to navigate, with dated information and a lack of current plans for vaccination delivery. Meanwhile, AZ is no. 1 in the world for per capita cases, while vaccinations are sitting in refrigeration somewhere serving no purpose to help the people of this state. Do your job, Ducey and Crist!

Improve the covid testing site
I tried to register. Was not given a password. I keep asking for a password to be emailed to me. Site says that it has done that but I have not received anything. Now what do I do?

It would be nice if I could register for the Covid vaccine, but your web logon won't send a verification code to my email
Fix your website.

Vaccines for Homebound Pts
There needs to be a plan for homebound patients to get vaccinated. Some of us can't sit in a car for 20 minutes due to health conditions.

There should be a page on the site, front and center, easy to understand, about the Covid vaccine administration progress.
I was looking for a timetable for my turn for covid vaccine, but couldn't find it on the website, and it is very difficult for an average citizen to navigate the site. I suggest that there should be a page, front and center, for the general public, clear and easy to understand, and updated daily, about the vaccine administration progress and the projected time table for all phases. Your site seems to be for people working within the government, not for the public. It's difficult for the general public to understand. Phase 1B should be my turn, but I could…

All people born in 1946 should be added to set of COVID vaccinations.
Instead of stating 75 year old and older will be included in next vaccination cycle, make it the year they were born, example all people born in 1946 or older can receive vaccine.

Estimate of how many people are to be vaccinated in each sub-group
It would be helpful if ADHS gave the public an estimate of the population count to be vaccinated, in each sub-group. This way we can more accurately handicap whether the rate of vaccination is behind, or ahead of schedule, in each sub-group. Thank you.

I am requesting recognition and assistance for centurions (senior 100 and above) who are not living in nursing homes, but remain at very high risk (comorbidities), have their positions escalated for the covid vaccine and not to be placed in the same grouping as seniors 75 and above. They are in their own special classification. I am calling on behalf of a patient, H.A. Donto and she is requesting to be allowed to get the vaccine as people who live in facilities. I am an RN and my mother's caretaker while she lives her life independently. There is…1 vote
