  1. When is Green Valley going to have COVID injection?

    It’s ridiculous that Pina county is so far behind in injections. When you look on the map there isn’t any sites except one that borders Pinal county and their website states for Pinal only. So when will we see injections in Pima county especially in Green Valley? Very disappointed in the state and county response.

  2. Will the state be adopting the updated CDC guidelines for Covid vaccination?

    Since the CDC is changing its guidance to allow vaccination for adults age 65 and above and adults with existing health conditions, will the state begin allowing people who meet that criteria to get vaccinated? If so, when will these appointments begin to be available?

  3. 75 don’t drive a lot

    Please offer vaccine sit on east side of Pheonix for seniors. The website says pharmacies are available but can’t make an appointment. Call to pharmacy said they have vaccine but must make an appointment on web site . Have tried many times for 2 days, site not working!

  5. go back to the old system

    The new system appears to have been changed only to have changed the system without providing "any" enhancement.

    It reduces the criteria for search.
    It removes the numbering system I was using to track where I have been.

  7. reformation, guidance protection and informative guidance for support on that whch all needs to be ueveryone ca

    let us use our will and succession of the expenditures of the U.S and the actual time to get the best way to get a bit more than a few years ago and it is the best way to get a fulfilment of the expenditures that our country need just as much as our companies are to draw close together and override this or any circumstances immediately and reformation to be able to come back to the point where we are now available for you and your familys and likewise friends will now be!

  8. fix your ****** vaccine signup page

    spent a long time having the interface crash, having the appointments get scheduled before I had a chance to make it through the hundred questions between scheduling and confirmation, and it doesn't save answers? fix this thing, its a maddening waste of time

  9. Fix eligible age, appointment date on vaccine website

    Medical centers are encouraging patients 65 & older to register with you for the Covid vaccine and handing out paper with web address for "podvaccine.azdhs.gov". The site has a couple bugs that will frustrate seniors trying to register and should be fixed ASAP. First, the site does not reflect the decision by White House to allow seniors 65 & over to receive the vaccine. It specifically asks if applicant is 75 or older. Second, you cannot complete the web site registration unless you pick an appointment date yet the site is not loaded with a table of available dates.

  12. Explain what a "QR code" is, where to find it in order to bring it to vaccine site!

    Same as my suggestion~~ What is a QR code???????? we are supposed to take to a vaccination site?

    Make this easier for the elderly and if there are no slots it would be good to know before spending an hour putting in information.

  16. Negative As I Cannot Register for Covid Vacination

    Went to create account so that I can schedule an appoint for Covid Vaccine but no verification code is ever sent. I have been trying for 2 days and nothing. Very poor site with no one to contact.

  17. I’ve tried for the last 24 hrs to book a COVID vaccine for my 83yr old diabetic husband. It’s impossible. Your site says it can be booked at

    At Safeway, but they don’t have the vaccine. I have tried to book at the Glendale stadium, but your website doesn’t let me complete the registration...won’t send me a validation code so that I can log in. What’s wrong with you people?

    I spent a half hour to find an appointment for 1B and found nohtting anywhere. A waste of time.

  19. Dates for the month of January are fully taken. If I wait until February (cannot schedule for February now) .

    Tried to sign up for COVID vaccination but January is already full and February is not available. I AM IN 1b GROUP.

  20. I found that the maps for directions to COVID vaccine sites are incorrect

    The location for 1 Cardinals Dr is not in the correct place. Also, the Chandler location on the map is a home at 1213 E Erie St in Chandler
