Total number of deaths going down in Pima?
The total number of deaths reported on the COVID-19 Dashboard for Pima County have gone down over the last two days. On Friday it was 174, Saturday 173 and today 172. I don't think it is a miracle (Easter was a while ago!) Can you explain how the total went down? Were some deaths incorrectly reported or perhaps accidentally double counted? I amn charting the number of deaths by day and this makes it difficult!

Post the average age of the total dead and update it every day
MA, MN, England & Wales, and Sweden have posted average age of those said to have died with Covid as 82 to 86. Why can't Arizona post this basic information?

List all statistics based on confirmed Covid-19 cases not Covid Like Symptoms.
Data is to general and does not appear to all be based on confirmed Covid-19 patients. Example would be "How many people are in ER with confirmed Covid-19". Another would be "How many people on ventilators with confirmed Covid-19". By just listing the number of ventilators in use doesn't tell the whole story.
There are lots of folks that think hospitals are listing folks with Covid like symptoms as being Covid-19 patients just to receive more funding. This type of reporting behavior is not acceptable. The data needs to be reported clearly and honestly without making it seem worse than…

Separate data from Serology versus PCR tests.
While you are reporting the number of PCR tests and serology tests separately each day, in the cumulative reporting you are combining these two tests. It is not clear if the positive/new cases data includes the positives from both tests or not, but calculating the percent positives, suggests that you are conflating Serology (antibody) positives, which newly diagnosed cases, which is skewing the data making it impossible to determine actual trends in the data and make conclusions about the real situation in our state. Please correct the data and separate out anitbody results from new cases.

Testing
With the number of Doctors and Nurses (Health Care workers), they must amount to almost the number of people tested in AZ. Why so low on testing for most people in the state?

COVID19 Hospitalization numbers don't add up correctly
For weeks I have been confused by the hospitlization data being presented and would like an answer on why it isn't adding up. There is a published chart showing COVID19 discharges per day, new hospitalizations, and total hospitalizations. How I would interpret it is that (New hospitalizations)-(Discharges)= Increase/decrease in total hospitalizations.
Using 06 May for example, there were 27 new hospitalizations - 72 discharged patients = a reduction of 45 total patients hospitalized. However, on 06 May, your data shows an increase in total hospitalized patients. Pretty much everyday for the last 2 weeks has this same "issue" where the…

Contact tracing
ARIZONA
Per best available data, Arizona has 60 contact tracers. With an average of 377 new daily cases, we estimate Arizona needs 3,770 contact tracing staff to trace all new cases in 48 hours, before too many other people are infected. This means that Arizona is likely able to trace only 2% of new COVID infections in 48 hours. These low levels of tracing suggest there is either an active outbreak underway in Arizona, or almost no tracing capacity exists. Strong caution is warranted.

Provide a graph of total deaths daily and a second graph of total new cases daily. Quit commingling numbers a demographics to hide data
Provide clear bar graphs of total new deaths and total new cases based on daily data. You seem to be hiding the true data which is unprofessional and dishonest !

Hospital bed usage is way above CDC guidelines at over 80% in use
AZ seems to be ignoring the CDC guidance that states should reopen when they have 30% vacant hospital beds and 30% vacant ICU beds...your own data says AZ has only about 20% vacant beds in each category.
This could cause a huge problem should we continue along this path.1 vote -
Remove Serology Tests from Total per CDC: COVID-19
CDC announced today it goofed. Epidemiologists say tests that detect active infection and those that detect recovery (serology tests) should not e combined when reporting total numbers of cases. Please consider correcting your good dashboard numbers. Thank you.

ADHS bar charts indicate a sharp drop in cases and deaths since early May.
Johns Hopkins charts indicate that AZ is flat or even increasing in case rate or deaths. What do the colors mean on the bar charts? (those vs date)

Zip Code Map Covid, increase diversity of categories please
On the zipcode map, you have ranges in groupings of tens, but past 40 there is just one range...40+
In my zipcode there are 120-ish cases, in my mother's neighborhood she has 41. On the display they show as the same.
Being able to visualize that my neighborhood is 3 times more infected then my mom's neighborhood would be helpful. Thank you.

Please enable WIC program to be used for grocery pick-up
There are lots of family on the WIC program who are struggling with social distancing during this time. Stay home and safe without the benefit of WIC or get groceries, usually with children in tow, and risking public and self health. We're are doing everything we can to protect our families. Being able to order for curbside pick up with WIC will help out tremendously for the public health and emotional health of the families juggling the risks in everything we do now.
