Employers need to be given PPE preference for workers
Make sure every childcare and school employee and students have access for masks and cleaning products-program to help get them at a discounted price. Health care licensing is checking for compliance!!!!!

The state should stay in "stay at home" mode. The universities especially should be online only.
The last thing we need is people coming here from all over the country and gathering in large groups. The increase in taxes collected will not cover the cost of treatment!

What occured on 7/30/20?
Does anyone know what happened on 7/30? There is a huge spike in cases from that specimen date. And given the tests reported as being performed on that date, the infection rate is >40% for that day. I can't find any reference to any new testing initiative or anything else happening on that day.
Hope the data for 7/30 reported so far is correct, because it is making the week of 8/2 look up week over week.
Also, anyone ever been able to talk to a data analyst from AZDHS? Been doing this kind of work for 30 years and…

Incorrect Dashboard Data/Color Representation
On https://www.azdhs.gov/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/index.php#novel-coronavirus-schools if you look at, for example, Yavapai County you will see that the first & third benchmarks are in green and accurately showing data. However, the second benchmark is not showing accurate data. If you look at the chart on page three here: https://www.azdhs.gov/documents/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/novel-coronavirus/covid-19-safely-return-to-in-person-instruction.pdf you will see what the colors of the benchmarks should be. Notice that if the benchmark is between 5-10% it should be colored yellow. In Yavapai County we have a 7.8% listed but it is showing as red instead of yellow.
This incorrect color can cause incorrect assumptions as to whether or not schools…

Please include a comparison of the excess deaths in 2020 to the excess death in 2019.
Each year the rate of deaths is reported without regard to tests or cause. Because Arizona testing couldn't possibly detect all COVID cases or COVID deaths, it is important to see how the overall death rate in 2020 is different from previous years. This will give us a better handle on the size of the epidemic. We need this to monitor the success of our interventions.

Why is July 26th deleted?
Update this for more than just two weeks past! July 26th was on here yesterday and now it has disappeared! This should be more updated than 3 weeks ago so proper decisions can be made!

The gym attestation does not let you fill in the required fields or submit it. What can I do to submit the attestation?

Show numbers of cases and deaths in congregate settings as a group.
No need to call out individual settings, but at least show impact of the virus on the overall group of congregate settings. Even better by type of congregate setting e.g. long term, correctional, etc.

SHOW RECOVERED COVID DATA!
There's numerous individuals requesting you show the same thing...Does ADHS have something to hide? Not showing a comprehensive picture causes one to wonder if the data shown is even valid...take a look at New Mexico's COVID summary (or Oklahoma's) - they have done a nice job of presenting a much clearer picture of what is happening in their state.

Is it correct for me to state that more than 5% of the residents of Yuma county are confirmed Covid 19 cases?
Based on your data of 8/10/2020, it looks like more than 5% of the total population of Yuma County are confirmed Covid 19 cases. Is that correct?

**Percent positive is not “the number positive”. It is “the percentage positive”.
See above. Just state it properly.
Thanks.1 vote -
Please define “confirmed case” of Covid 19
- Is it as defined and reported by each county?
- Must it be a physician Dx plus positive test result?
- Could it be a positive test result only?
- Could it be a physician Dx with no positive test result? Thank you.

Your website is incomplete. I went to sign up for a test and they want an Agency Code. Cannot an individual sign up? NO? Then it should say so.

This COVID-19 benchmark data is awful! It’s 3 weeks old!
If AZ officials expect school districts to abide by these so-called benchmarks, the least you could deign yourselves to do is to give us up-to-date information! As of today, your dashboard says that Cochise county has not met the 2nd benchmark. BUT, the last data point is from JULY 19TH! Today is the 8th of August - just under 3 weeks later. What the heck?!! How dare anyone in AZ leadership expect that we make decisions based on old/bad data like this?! Bologna like this is part of the problem with people not trusting Government leadership. You aren’t giving us…

As a former reporting analyst, your website is very good. I'd love to see the daily, state, Covid numbers by county. Line graph please.
the daily covid graph is not correct.

covid data
there seems to be a correlation: while percentage of positive pcr tests remains mostly unchanged, days with testing shortages show less new covid positive per day.
the number of tests is related to new cases per day.
news says az is having less new cases, but fails to mention az is testing less people and has the same positive rate.
is Arizona seeing less cases? or are we really just seeing less people tested?

covid-19 side effect
Can anyone tell me if the brown ring around Doug Ducey's nose is a side effect of Covid-19 or is it going away just like I said ???
