The state should stay in "stay at home" mode. The universities especially should be online only.
The last thing we need is people coming here from all over the country and gathering in large groups. The increase in taxes collected will not cover the cost of treatment!

And what exactly is the cost of treatment for college age kids? Most people should now be aware this doesn't really effect young, healthy people. Stop being afraid. And if you can't do that - stop trying to make other people afraid.
