The military has the best logistic system (use them)
I have 35 years of procurement and logistics experience from working at IBM and Solectron Corp. I also served in purchasing in the U.S. Air Force.
Idea: Use the national guard and the other branches of the military to distribute and inoculated citizens with the covide-19 vaccines when available. The military understands better than anyone how to distribute material include medications than anyone. They have the best logistics knowledge in the world. The rollout of the vaccine has been disastrous. Also use military medical people to administer the vaccine where help is needed. Logistics is an art form. Most private companies and medical facilities don't have the bandwidth or knowledge to do logistics effectively. Once you have the vaccines, it's important that you have enough people to administer all of the vaccines. This is not difficult. If you have 5 million doses, have your tier system in place, date of administering the vaccines, the personnel to vaccinate, and a list off the people to be vaccinated. If there's vaccine left over because someone refuse the vaccine, draw up a secondary list of people that want the vaccine to come in ad get the injection. This is not rocket science it's just something that has to be planned out.
