  2. Dont' make me go day by day to choose vaccine date

    Show vaccination availability by what is available. Right now you have to go every single day - only to find that every single day is already booked. It's a complete waste of time. There is no way my elderly mother could have done this on her own. I'm on computers every day and can barely figure it out.

  3. poor roll out of podvaccine web site

    Instead of making people enter all their information every time, why not store it so they can return and get a reservation quickly, when new ones open up? Or at least tell people up front that there are no reservations available, instead making them enter all their information each time--only to get to the end and find out there is nothing available.

  5. Better integrate data for Covid vaccine availability with the POD map

    The POD map lists POD sites, but the appointment availability at many of the sites is non-existent! Could you please color code or somehow indicate which sites still have appointment availability?

  6. Under Patient Portal - Warn that hitting cancel will return you to the Dashboard

    Was trying to enroll my 87 year old mother through the Patient Portal and I hit "Cancel" instead of "Previous" and it started us over and wiped out all the data input. It would be nice if when you hit the "Cancel" at the top of the screen, that a message popped up "Are you sure? This will return you to the Dashboard and restart this process. Press "Previous" if you want to go back"

  10. Too difficult for 79 yr. olds to make colvid 19 appts

    open more sites. there are a lot of 75yrand older who have NOT been able to get an appointment . It very difficult to make the appts.

  11. My mother is 99 and I am the primary healthcare worker. I'd like to sign up for the drive through vaccine in advance of the Jan 19 date

    Why can't people in the 1A and 1B category not get through on the phone or web site to make an advance date for when State Farm Stadium opens up? I feel safer driving my mother through in car. I have been unable to get on the portal or phone even though I've tried multiple times. I'm afraid the website will be even more jammed up on jan 19.

  12. I have tried at least a dozen times to sign up for the Covid vaccine, and have been unsuccessful.

    I began looking for a Covid-19 appointment on Monday, and each time that I look, which at this point has been about 10 times, I am unsuccessful. I have tried Maricopa County and DHS. Each time, none of my information is saved. I log in, and it still is not saved. This has gotten annoying and time-consuming. What the **** do I have to do to find an appointment? Should I do a few headstands, and hum a mantra? Would that give me better luck? How about saving my information, so that I do not have to type the same…

  14. Scheduling a Vaccination Date

    I am in the vaccination Group 1C. It is impossible to schedule an appointment I believe because my county is not vaccinating 1C. It is difficult to determine the Group that is being vaccinated (another issue).
    One way to determine whether my group is being vaccinated is to try to schedule a vaccination. Instead of making us enter all the screening questions and insurance information before trying schedule, why not put them after. There must be two sets of screening questions. The first set of questions indicate which group I belong to so why make us fill out additional information…

  16. Hire a Website Designer

    You website, and its poor design is contributing to increased infection rates, and even deaths. Not only is the website poorly designed, it lacks any form of database search functionality. What is worse, you know it, and yet you do nothing to help older people secure a life-saving vaccination. You have only had 1-year to prepare for this life saving program, yet this is the best you can do? This is woefully inadequate!

    why not enter location and system shows next available appt date/time for covid vaccine as opposed to requesting a date WHICH BY THE WAY RESULTS IN NO AVAIALABILITY UP THROUGH DEC of 2021.

    List how far out an appointment can be scheduled for COVID-19 vaccination. I am trying to make an appointment for my second shot and the website only says no slots are available.

  19. Cancel COVID Vaccination Appointment

    I had recently secured an appointment time for Jan 27 @ 4:40am. I was later able to find an appointment time that was just offered by my employer which was a much more reasonable time and an earlier date. I attempted to CANCEL my prior appointment because I do not want to use waste an appointment time that someone else could have used. However, I was unable to do that through the patient portal, and found no instructions anywhere else on how to go about canceling an appointment.   20. Need More Vaccination Sites

    Please plan more sites for vaccinations --- I live in Sun Lakes. We have a large ballroom at Oakwood Clubhouse with entrances from the parking lot and lots of adjacent parking. We could have appointments there for anyone who lives in Sun Lakes, or restrict to the 85248 zip code. The majority of our residents are over 65. Have a site in Chandler for the Chandler residents, etc.
