COVID POD Failure
On the AZ Dept. Health website I registered and received a COVID appt for Monday January 18, 2021 to be administered by Destiny Health at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. It was closed. Twenty other people showed up. As a 66 year old educator I am qualified to receive vaccine in phase 1B. I did not receive an email, phone call, or text stating that my appt was cancelled or ran out of vaccine. I called the AZ Dept of Health's COVID hotline and other phone numbers. Can not set up Account
For three days I have been attempting to set up an account to register for and get an appointment for my COVID shot. Now all this month and next month are full. I used two different emails and the forgot password option and have not received an email at all. PLEASE HELP

Open more vaccination centers
Why does the entire county have two vaccination sites? It will takes a decade to vaccinate if we don't prioritize this as the biggest risk to our economy.

Offer ability to resend appointment confirmation email
I mistakenly purged my appointment email and would like to get the email resent, but there is no way to resend the email.

The earlier site was much easier to navigate. Sometimes you don't know the mother's maiden name. Sometimes you don't know the othe children'

How to fix patient portal data- if entered incorrectly
How do you update/correct patient information in portal without getting a vaccine appointment?

Mandatory making second vaccination appointment on site of first vaccine
If I can encourage that second appointments be made on site at first visit that would decrease a lot of additional anxiety.
We are trying to get the community to buy into getting the novel vaccine during a pandemic and any obstacles will cause a decrease in community acceptance.1 vote -

provide thonest and adequate instructions for registering to receive the Phase lB immunizations.
I am 86 years old and have not been able to register anywhere for immunization. Why is that?????Following the instructions, there are no pharmacies in my zip code which will allow for appointments in the next 5 months

allow people to sign up for covid vaccine in future - I realize all of January and February are booked, but why can't I book a date in March

signing in is progressively difficult trying to sign up for 2nd CoVid shot
once again I spent 47 minutes trying to sign in to make an appt for my second CoVid vaccination. I have gone thru the email and password AS i DID January 11 2021. ADHS kmlewis7@earthlink.net ur84yoladyK 1/11/21 but noooooooooooooooooooooooo nothing works. please advise.

cancel a scheduled appointment
I was unable to cancel an appointment that I have confirmed. Your web site is not user friendly to allow me to do so. I wish to cancel and appointment and please let em know how to do so.
