Did Arizona get rid of Vaccination Group 1C for High Risk Individuals?
The recent information no longer shows Group 1C for vaccination scheduling. Some in my household are not working because they are in several high risk categories. When will they be eligible to receive vaccine?

Redirect broken with HTTPS
AZHealth dot gov appears to be used to serve redirects to the AZDHS website. However, if I visit an AZHealth link with an HTTPS header, the website tries to serve a page with the wrong SSL certificate. I suggest that the HTTPS handler needs to be updated (especially considering that dot gov TLD will be moving to pre-load HSTS). Specifically, I observed this behavior with a link from a PODVaccine email newsletter, pointing to https://azhealth.gov/findvaccine. Thanks!

Make appts easier to obtain
Everytime I clicked on "Book Appt", I'd get an error msg telling me that the selected date and time was unavailable. I played this game for nearly 4 hrs.
Hard enough to get it to show an available appt, but my experience has not been good. This is getting ridiculous.
Today was the first day 55 yr olds andf older could book an appt. Seems the system was not ready for the influx of new people.3 votes -
What happened to vaccinating younger adults with chronic diseases?
Originally, 1C included ALL adults with chronic diseases. Now it looks like that has been abandoned, and priority is based on age and profession. My college age children have Type 1 Diabetes, and are at much higher risk of hospitalization if they contract Covid. How can they get vaccinated sooner?

COVID-19 Vaccines Phase 1C: High-Risk Medical Conditions
Isn't Phase 1C supposed to allow "Adults with High-Risk Medical Conditions" to receive their vaccine, as suggested in all the documentation? I have diabetes and the patient portal will not allow me to schedule an appointment. Is there misinformation in all the documentation regarding the phases?

Why isn't your testing data the same as reported by Johns Hopkins?
The daily testing trends reported by Johns Hopkins, for AZ, is materially different from yours. It seems that the numerator (positives) is often the same but the denominator (total tests) is grossly different. Why is that? We need full transparency and accuracy. See.... https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/testing/individual-states/arizona

Timely MCDPH resident notification letter of positive Covid test & contact tracing info.
On 11/19/2020 I received a positive covid test result while residing in a Skilled Nursing facility following major surgery. The facility immediately moved me to a "covid unit" where I was quarantined until my release weeks later. I experienced no significant symptoms of infection during that time. On 2/15/2021 I received a letter at my home from MCDPH stating recent notification of my positive testing & the steps I should take including contact tracing. Recent? It's been 3 months. Perhaps MCDPH processes need to include a check of the date a person tests positive prior to sending out a useless…

COVID VACCINE
When AZ opens vaccine to the general population please prioritize by age, i.e. all age 55 and over, then age 50 and over, then age 45 and over, etc. Otherwise, it will be a free-for-all with all the 30 somethings elbowing out the more vulnerable population. We've all been patient but the process needs to be orderly.

High risk people younger than 65 need covid vaccinations too
Until recently your announced policy would have let persons under 65 but high risk qualify for vaccination when over-65 persons qualified. I care for someone who needs it a lot more than persons being vaccinated now but she's 64. She's had 4 kidney transplants and has been on immunosuppressants for 45 years. I'm concerned you're focusing on populations you can glamorize in the news - like your pop up events - and forgetting who needs it most.

The new birth and death certificate search engine is a total disaster.
Returning the old vital records search engine would solve the problem...

Horrible, awful, terrible!!! A complete disaster.
You royally screwed up! The old search engine worked... really worked. This search engine is ****. I don't want to go through Family Search or Ancestry to access records. Don't get me started on what I think of their mulish search engines. My suggestion Give us back the old search engine...

Locations on maricopa.gov vs azdhs.gov
How come the map on https://www.maricopa.gov/5659/COVID-19-Vaccine-Locations has more locations showing up such as the location with Banner Health in Central Phoenix, yet this location doesn't appear on the state run website azdhs.gov? Since Maricopa is in Arizona, shouldn't the locations found on maricopa.gov also be on azdhs.gov?

Please start vaccinations up north! Maricopa county is NOT the only location in AZ that needs to be vaccinated.
Set up vaccination sights in Yavapai county.
