  1. ideas for not wasting vaccine

    1) public service emergency announcements and 2) standby areas for 100 or so cars like at an airport
    Wasting vaccine is criminal. I help seniors enroll who have trouble with computers. You need more ombudsman to help with them on the phones.

  2. Totally unreliable links -- all to unavailable vaccine locations

    It clearly would be easier to allow people to get in a queue and then notify them when the $%^&* vaccine becomes available near their address. This current system is worse than looking for a needle in a haystack. So poorly managed; I expect to get vaccine in June and I'm over 65. Come to AZ to DIE. Pima County is inept.

  3. Post a location for each area of the county and list groups eligible for the vaccine with the next date and times for appt's

    I've been trying for weeks to get an app't for Covid 19 vaccine. My wife is 79 & I'm 85. We live in the east valley, Mesa. Every time it always ends that every appointment is taken for at least 2 months.....help please!

  4. Add an event date input by user. Use the old program as a model, it worked very well!

    The old search engine worked just fine. Why on earth did you gut the old program for this monstrosity??? Show deaths and births by Surname, Date and County,

    Give second covid vaccine as a walk up to be given in the week it is due by evidence of Immunization card.

  7. Schedule both 1st and 2nd vaccines at the same time

    Schedule both 1st and 2nd vaccine at the same time. I am not able to get the second vaccine scheduled for the elderly members of my family. They never received the email. They will be showing up during the week of the due date. Be prepared to see a flock of old people on the evening news. Feel free to contact me, Terry 602-568-4400. I know of at least 20 young people who received "walk up" vaccines..... These elderly people are not to be messed with.....

  8. Zipcode data for today Jan 26 has lower numbers for EVERY zipcode

    The data for Jan 26 is probably not correct. Every single zip code shows lower numbers than the prior day's download file. Please verify

    WHY do you make us go through entering all the data required including our insurance only for there to be NO appointments available? I did it all twice (because your system doesn't save the information). HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

  18. You can't get to the User Help document until AFTER you log in

    There is a website useabilty issue here. The User Help information should be available immediately once reaching the POVaccine page because instructions to create your sign in are part of that document. Instead it is only after you create your personal sign in information that you can read this. No response to this email is necessary.

  19. Fix your web site by keeping it updated & present the information with at least a modicum of clarity.

    Try keeping your web site update & present the information with some clarity.
    The ADHS web site is awful & clear info is needed for the state's population health & our very lives.
    No excuses
    People need jobs so train & hire folks- who can work at home - to assist us during.

  20. Have the option to find next available appointments

    Instead of requiring you input all your personal info each time you search, have the ability for your application to find “next available appointment”. Totally stupid that we have to input info multiple times to try to find an appointment.
