  1. Have the option to find next available appointments

    Instead of requiring you input all your personal info each time you search, have the ability for your application to find “next available appointment”. Totally stupid that we have to input info multiple times to try to find an appointment.

  2. Am I required to get my vacine ONLY in my resident county or can I obtain it in a nearby county

    Am I required to get my covid vaccine ONLY in my resident county or can I obtain it in a nearby county. We live in the East Valley almost Pinal County which is much closer that driving across the city to get to Maricopa County facilities.

  3. Stop Non-U.S. citizens from getting app. for Covid-19 vaccinations

    I know numerous Canadians who do not have dual citizenship who are getting all their Canadian friends to come to Az to get Vaccinations. They do have appointments. WHY are they getting vaccinations and we can't? I have spent hours on line going through Dec 30 of 2021 only to be told the vaccines are gone through March and that until they get more, there won't be any further appointments made. This makes me extremely upset. The people I know are 62 and 63 and in good health. I am 69 and can't get an appointment. This is NOT FAIR

  4. Allow State Farm Stadium to send invites for to individuals needing second dose from soon to be closed Abrazo site.

    No other location is holding spots and now my mother's second dose has been pushed. Another Goodyear location needs to be set up to handle these people - this is not fair for those individuals!

  7. make your registration for vaccine less confusing and complex

    Your web site is the worse that i have ever encountered. I have been trying for 4 days to get an appointment i am 79 yrs old and computer literate. worked with graphics and data for 30 years and yet i keep going in circles'. what a mess you all have made of this. you had an entire year to figure it out and it is a CLUSTER F.^%$$ YOU SEND A VERIFICATION CODE ON FIRST PAGE, THEN TELL ME I AM ALREADY REGISTERED WHEN TRYING TO INPUT. YOUR SITE YOU SEND IS INACTIVE. OH VHEY. NUTS.

  9. Improve vacccination registration

    I have sat in front in this computer trying to register for vaccinations for my husband - age 78 - and myself - age 76 for hours to no avail. Please understand that most people at my age are not computer savvy so it is VERY difficult to proceed through many steps. (It is also hard to see these tiny letters I am typing now!!! ) If you paid using my hard earned $ for this software you(actually me) were scammed.   11. Vaccination Registration: 3 ways to improve home page, input, and scheduling

    1. Home Page: Clearly state in bold if all appointments are taken AND that you are not scheduling past, for instance, February.

    2. Input: Capture patient registration information (health insurance, etc.), so the user doesn't have to input it each time she returns to the site to attempt to schedule an appointment.

    3. Scheduling: Present only open times so someone doesn't have to try day by day. AND, if no appointments are available, stop someone from inputting information and, at the same time, have a pop-up that states "No Times Available."

  12. Make your website effective. Absolutely no way for a person to schedule

    LATEST INFO SAYS GCC WILL BE ADMINISTERING VACCCINATIONS
    EFFECTIVE 26 JAN. GO TO ADHS WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE.
    HOWEVER - SITE DOES NOT SHOW UP ON ADHS WEBSITE. ALSO, IT SHOULDN'T BE NECESSARY TO REDO ALL THE REGISTRATION QUESTIONS EVERY TIME I LOG-IN TO THE ADHS PATIENT PORTAL WEBSITE.

  13. Pima County vaccination site map outdated

    The Pima County map showing vaccination sites is out of date. It doesn’t include the Banner Kino South site, which has been operating all week. Also, the site on south Houghton Rd. contains a broken link for registration.

  14. PLEASE get map accurate.

    I know you're busy but it's wasting thousands of people's time and energy. The crosshatch pattern on the map indicates supposedly indicates where 65+ vaccine is available but there are many sites in clear area that say it's available there. MANY links do not work.

  17. Death reporting

    It would be great if the news channels reported the real deaths for the day (azfamily) keeps reports hundreds of deaths because we (medical hospitals )went back and we classified deaths over the year as COVID related ( thousands of deaths were added )

  18. Fix your Vaccine FAQ!

    Your FAQ still shows 65+ in the 1C category, making others in that category call in thinking it is their turn to get vaccine. All information on the site needs to match. It is causing strife and angst among state residents. Please fix it asap

    Anything is better than what is being done. I can't even get a date through Feb. for my 78 year old husband. It shouldn't be this difficult.

  20. covid vaccine website disaster

    START OVER with your website design! If Covid doesn't kill me, frustration with this web site will. Endless loops and commands that get me nowhere, a website that doesn't allow me to register, doesn't send an email with a code to register, won't allow me to schedule an appt over next 6 months... Good grief, better option to show up and get in line at a stadium.
