  3. List of qualifying conditions needs an update

    In your FAQ for how to become a medical marijuana cardholder, the list isn't up to date and doesn't include ptsd.

  4. make a publicly available version of the data set

    I am currently working with ASU for my capstone and it would be very beneficial to me if there was access to the original format of the dashboard. Also, employing the community to help make dashboards or even making a sample of the data for people to work with could be a great way to engage the public.

  5. Keep Your Word; Do Your JOB

    Mr. Greg Perez promised many, many weeks ago that he would be inspecting the kitchen food prep area of the privately-run Geo Group CACF facility at the Florence Prison and share his findings with me.So Far NADA. Is GEO GROUP given Special TREATMENT by AZDOC and Mr. Ryan? SAMO?

    I am new here. I found you on google with medical food process when people eat. I want to say something. Most of our college students are from Kerala, India. One thing I notice they are using banana leaf when they are taking food instead of any material utensils. I told them what is the reason behind this? Our students answered amazingly, it has much healthy reason. So I want to know from you what is the exact healthy reason behind it. Please guide me.

    Did you guys change the provider list page recently, to offer more categories of provider? I usually d/l the MEDICAL_LIST file, and seems like this page has added a lot of useful breakdowns of type of provider.

  12. PAYMENT NOT BEING ACCEPTED

    THE BELOW MESSAGE IS WHAT I CONTINUE TO GET WHEN TRYING TO PAY FOR MMJ CARD. THE ENTIRE APPLICATION AND REQUIRED UPLOADS ARE COMPLETED AND YET THE PAYMENT PART IS SEEMING TO BE CORRUPTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE RESOLUTION IS OR WHEN THE SITE WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS. I HAVE CALLED AND THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID TO TRY AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON. STILL NO RESOLVE. HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES. FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND AT THE END AM NOT ABLE TO PAY. PLEASE ADVISE AND THANK YOU .

  14. Confusion on Cultivation. ARS statutes unclear.

    We have a question.? My self and my cousin, both in our 70s, and both of us have 'authorization to cultivate' on our cards.

    We have a secure garden area, and would like to know if we both can grow our 12 plants together in this garden area.

    The garden is surrounded by a 6 feet tall security fence, with a locked gate.

    Could you please answer this question, The Arizona Revised Statutes are not clear on this issue.

  16. Status on MMJ card delivery?

    I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I received an email stating my application was accepted on february 17th and I still have yet to receive my medical card? Is there any way to see what’s going on with my card? All I see are tons of different phone numbers for contact but none of them explicitly state they’re for MMJ patients.

  17. Where is my MMJ card? I sent in the correction requested 2/1. All the system will tell me is that my correction was received!

    Make it Mac friendly!! Make it so you can apply in person or through the mail I am trying to submit a better pic(You emailed me to tell me you needed a brighter pic) and the I type in my ID, name, DOB and it just sits there, I called someone and they told me it wasn't Mac friendly so I took time off work to go to the library and I'm having the same issue. I need to mail a pic in or bring one in, not very PC if you can't even do it in person! And I…

  19. WHY HAS MY CONPLAINT BEEN IGNORED

    Iwas falsly acused of abusing my mother by a hospice worker it took 3yrs to get the report it turned out i was in the rite and now nobody will do any thing about it I can not explain how it feels to be acused of abusing my mother it,s a real shame that the state let.s it happen i want some one to respond to this complaint
