Ban smoking on all patios in restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.
Non-smokers (who make up the majority) deserve to be able to enjoy outdoor spaces in Arizona too without risk of harm to their health. I honestly feel that Arizona still allowing smoking on patios, and in many public spaces is a violation of my right to health, in Arizona. Why should a non-smoker be expected to breath in toxic air when they've chosen to protect their health and not smoke. Arizona needs to get with the times, and follow the smoking bans of the more health conscious states who are far more restrictive. I honestly don't even like going out in Arizona because everywhere I go I feel people are smoking.
