Death notices versus death certificates
I am trying to find out if Arizona has searchable death notices, up to the present, as opposed to death certificates. I just want to find out if a person in Pima County with a particular name died recently.

Make your health information available as printouts.
I would greatly appreciate if your safety and health tips were available as printouts so that I could provide these to my clients of my behavioral health agency. I think they could be vital in keeping our vulnerable populations safe.

Having an easy, efficient way for patients to check their own allotment directly through azdhs
I do not believe it should be the dispensary's responsibility to inform patients of their allotment. The patients should have an easy, accessible way to check how much medicine they can purchase at any time no mater what time or day it is. This could be in the form of a checker website or a call in phone number.

I have not received any info on how to renew my xray license. I tried the payment portal and am told the facility ID/zip code is incorrect.

I am looking for a speaker on the topic of opiod addiction in Arizona..
I am a member of the Rotary club and also work at Glendale Community College. For one of our college programs someone came out to talk about opioid addiction in Arizona. I've been trying to find someone who might come to a club meeting and inform us about the problem and what is being done to improve the situation (legislatively or otherwise). However, the two to three times I've reached out to your organization (by phone and request form), I never heard back. Thank you for your time in responding to my query!

Quicker employer response
Immediate login access to register an employer to verify a medical marijuana card. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and it is holding up hiring an employee.

Ban smoking on all patios in restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.
Non-smokers (who make up the majority) deserve to be able to enjoy outdoor spaces in Arizona too without risk of harm to their health. I honestly feel that Arizona still allowing smoking on patios, and in many public spaces is a violation of my right to health, in Arizona. Why should a non-smoker be expected to breath in toxic air when they've chosen to protect their health and not smoke. Arizona needs to get with the times, and follow the smoking bans of the more health conscious states who are far more restrictive. I honestly don't even like going out…

complaint tracker error
I filed a complaint on a dispensary and added a pptx of the experience, when the boss discriminated but received an error, so i attempted to file the complaint this morning and received the error. Because I'm black and I'm also accused of calling them wbs if that's my belief its protected by the First amendment. the same dispensary before these happenings would make personal statement towards me from the dispensary, out loud.

I want to now and voice my opinion
I understand as time changes the laws change too. I would like to know when these certain and special events for voting for and requesting changes to the laws. dealing with MMJ, the dispensaries, their customer service, and the type of MMJ being dispensed.
So it wouldn't be so confusing, to read a law and rule just for the opposite to happen with no recourse, for it. I would like more option other then finding another dispensary, filing a complaint, retaliation for it. i would like to know my options. maybe request t find a caregiver instead of dispensary targets…

MMJ Vending machines
Add kiosks that allow a card holder to make speedy purchases and check their allotment.
from this the plants and products would be in the Kiosk, so Unless it was trash before it was placed in the vending machine, with the growers information.
and test to test the plant to make sure its mmj and not chewy's catnip mugwort

need plain, simple PDFs of annual reports
I am trying to preserve archival copies of the ADHS annual reports, and your fancy-schmacy webpages like < https://azdhs.gov/director/reports/annual/2016/index.php#arizonastatehospital > make that impossible. You need to post plain, simple, static PDF versions that can be saved and viewed years from now.

"Strategic Plan 2014-2018" page has been overwritten by FY2019
Your webpage < https://azdhs.gov/director/reports/index.php#strategic-plan > lists "Strategic Plan 2014-2018" but that link < https://azdhs.gov/operations/managing-excellence/index.php#strategic-plan > goes to a page that links to the FY2019 plan. The other older plans still have their own web pages.
