Covid data question
Question only. Since we have started using home Covid 19 test kits, how can the new patient data be correct on your webisite? Most folks do not report the results anywhere so I think we may have more covid in the valley than what is being reported and published. I think the only data that is correct is the number of covid inpatients and ICU . I think maybe a disclaimer would be appropriate when these numbers are being reported to take into consideration the number of unknown positives in home test kits.

Fix PDF of records so that they can be opened/downloaded.
Arizona Genealogy Record Search - cannot open PDF copies of DOB/DOD records to read details - this makes them almost completely useless for genealogy. The icons are grey and not active.....16DEC2021

No way to check on Immunization Card Replacement Status
I submitted my request and all forms on 10/26th. I have not been able to check on status, make sure my request didn't get lost, I email and no one responds. its been over a month. I am over 65 and still can't get my booster shot as my original card had stickers on it and the second dosage fell off. Now I am being penalized by not being able to get a new one. Thank you for all you do but it certainly would help if I could get a status.

Additional information about race/ethnicity breakdown re: Vaccine Administration (https://www.azdhs.gov/covid19/data/index.php#vaccine-admin
"People who have received at least one does by race/ethnicity" is computed differently from "People who have received at least one does by age and gender...", which appears right next to it and is worded in approximately the same way.
For example, for Pima county, if I hover my mouse pointer over "24.0% printed next to "less than 20 years", I get the explanatory note: "59,970 people have received at least one dose/250,118 population aged less than 20 years". However, if I look at "Black or African American, non-Hispanic", it says "13,414 (2.0%)", and there is not further information provided…1 vote -
Tailored Covid data with vaccine
I have found your covid data page very useful over the last year, keep it up. I would like to suggest that the red portion of https://azdhs.gov/covid19/data/index.php#hospital-bed-usage distinguish between vaccinated and un-vaccinated...that might encourage some additional people to get it done!

Restore serology under Laboratory Testing tab of Covid dashboard
I understand there are concerns about conflating serology and diagnostic tests. But the serology tests give useful information about our progress toward endemicity without pandemic. Sure, folks need to understand that these are nucleocapsid antibody tests and that a rate of seroreversion is seen (e.g. 14% peak down to 10% before climbing again last fall), but this matches well with covidestim.org PEI estimates after considering seroreversion. Labeling with type of antibody test would be helpful.

Inconsistent October COVID dashboard reporting
Inconsistent data for COVID Diagnostic tests and Demographics between 10/12/21 and 10/13/21.
Demographics numbers do not add up correctly.
Total 10/13 Summary reported cases 1124709
Total 10/13 Demographics reported cases 1119846Total and daily diagnostic tests reported on 10/13 more than two and four times higher than 10/12 data, respectively.
Total tests 13129462 vs. 6120282
Daily tests 31564 vs. ~6400Any explanation for these discrepancies? Especially for the daily performed diagnostic tests.

Date Slider for better visibility of Covid data
Recent (10/13/3031) format change to covid data dashboards makes inspection of data difficult to impossible. Data is missing or undiscoverable approximately every 10 days. Adopt a date slider to allow better control of what data is visible.

I cannot download the COB / COD pdf files. They are blacked out and do not respond, although they clearly are within the date ranges of accessible records.

Report COVID-19 testing from all sources and not just DHS.
Your failure to report all testing makes it appear that you have something to hide. Get the data, and make it available!

Daily covid-19 death chart
The covid-19 daily death chart is not consistent with what the actual data given for that day. For April 22 and 23, the number of deaths reported was 21 for each day. The chart published shows 1 death for the 22 and 4 for the 23rd. That gives an impression of a declining death rate when, in fact, it appears to be significantly.
