  1. Official Reopening Attestation for Indoor Gyms and Fitness Clubs/Centers

    This form doesn't work. You can not type in it, you also can not send it from the page. I would like to get our business back open ASAP.

  2. Why is July 26th deleted?

    Update this for more than just two weeks past! July 26th was on here yesterday and now it has disappeared! This should be more updated than 3 weeks ago so proper decisions can be made!

  3. Show numbers of cases and deaths in congregate settings as a group.

    No need to call out individual settings, but at least show impact of the virus on the overall group of congregate settings. Even better by type of congregate setting e.g. long term, correctional, etc.

  4. SHOW RECOVERED COVID DATA!

    There's numerous individuals requesting you show the same thing...Does ADHS have something to hide? Not showing a comprehensive picture causes one to wonder if the data shown is even valid...take a look at New Mexico's COVID summary (or Oklahoma's) - they have done a nice job of presenting a much clearer picture of what is happening in their state.

  5. Is it correct for me to state that more than 5% of the residents of Yuma county are confirmed Covid 19 cases?

    Based on your data of 8/10/2020, it looks like more than 5% of the total population of Yuma County are confirmed Covid 19 cases. Is that correct?

  7. Please define “confirmed case” of Covid 19

    1. Is it as defined and reported by each county?
    2. Must it be a physician Dx plus positive test result?
    3. Could it be a positive test result only?
    4. Could it be a physician Dx with no positive test result? Thank you.

  8. Salvia results text but does not let me reset password

    Received a text for salvia But can't get password it doesn't except and can't reset.

  9. Don't advise wearing a mask without including the CDC guidelines.

    Tests have shown COVID-19 alive in masks for seven days. CDC and Mayo Clinic clearly advise NOT to touch the mask while wearing. If you do, immediately sanitize hands.   10. if the raw data isn't going to be made available,

    Can you at least provide more information that breaks down the new positive tests by age group? All that is present is the number of tests by age group.

    That said, it is completely unacceptable that all the raw data is not made available, as others have noted.

  11. Covid dashboard data is wrong! % of cases is incorrect

    The number of current cases 8,919 divided by the number of tests given 85,253 as of today, May 4th is not 8% as you show it. It is actually 10.46%. This is simple math - 8,919 divided by 85,253 = .1046 or 10.46%

    The data is not correct and you are providing false data on this website.

  12. social distancing guidance for condo community swimming pool

    Our Scottsdale condo pool is current closed. Can we open the pool with proper social distancing guidance at the pool entrance and chairs? Are condo pools closed by order during the stay at home stay connected order? Can you provide guidance for opening our community pool? Thank you

    Your website is incomplete. I went to sign up for a test and they want an Agency Code. Cannot an individual sign up? NO? Then it should say so.

  15. As a former reporting analyst, your website is very good. I'd love to see the daily, state, Covid numbers by county. Line graph please.

  16. Continue reporting the % positive PCR test results as % as of the date of testing.

    As of today, ADHS stopped reporting the daily plots of % positive PCR and SER test results for the day the test was taken. You are instead reporting the aggregate % over all tests. This makes it impossible to see the continued rise in positive PCR test results which were continually increasing since about 5/17 (about 5% to 13%).

    The public needs to understand why you no longer make these data available.

    It appears that you are purposely hiding the fact that the testing SHOWS THAT WE ARE INCREASING IN INFECTION RATE. (In fact, the original plots squeezed the plot,…

    Are there plans for future Covid 19 test sites in Pinal County please? Many residents don't live near anything listed and more don't have transportation.
