  3. Vaccine Appointment page does not show sites for 65-74 yrs old

    The Vaccine Appointment site has not been updated to allow 65-74 year-olds to schedule an appointment. If I change my age to over 75 it populates locations administering vaccine. If I leave my age at 66 it is blank through June.
    Will I be disqualified if I make an appointment with my incorrect age?

  5. Vaccine website doesnt work

    trying to make 2nd covid vaccine appt for 80 & 84 year old parents. None available although you sent an email promising that appts were being reserved. You Hotline says everybody is busy so call back - ive done that 27 times and still says the same thing. Your system is broken!!!!

  6. The Intent is Appreciated, however...

    The masks that are being sent to us are not for an average size adult. I can barely pull the straps over my ears and one washing machine ride and they will be small enough to fit a young adult/child or maybe a small woman...no men will be able to wear these!
    The government is being taken for a ride on this project. I for one will try and find a child that I can give these to for they will not fit any adult that I know of. Nice try though

  7. Get a professional to create a covid vaccine site that works.

    Your website does not work. I try to create an account and it tells me to enter correct parameters first. The parameters are correct and I have tried my DOB in every format imaginable. If I go to Forgot My Password it will recognize my email and send me a 6 digit code on my Comcast email address. If I try to send it on my Protonmail.com it will not send the six digit code. It recognizes my email to send the code but does not recognize it as my account. I don't have an account but the page that…

  8. No e-mail on Covid shot #2 for dependent

    My dependent, Barbara Herzog, age 76, received shot #1 at State Farm on Jan 13. We received an e-mail that she would receive an invitation for Shot #2 by Tuesday. She did not receive it. Her registration number for Jan 13 was 117597. I have a Shot #2 date of Feb 3 at 7:45 am.

  11. Scheduling an appointment

    Very time consuming to make an appointment. Seems like I should be able to see what appointment dates are available, instead of searching each day.
    Also, remembering my insurance information. I doesn't change on a daily basis. It's time consuming to have to enter it each time, only to find out there are no appointments. Maybe ask for my insurance information after I've found an appointment.

  13. I realize there are no appts but I am having issues w/portal registration

    trying to register in the portal for vaccine the code number you are to
    send is not in my email or my junk mail It is not sending I have chrome

    You need to fix this so people can at least register and be ready when
    we can finally get a appt

  14. Please revise the Vaccine Web Site

    OMG! Why haven't you developed the scheduling site to offer all of the time slots available for scheduling a vaccine instead of clicking thru day by day site by site? The site is so time consuming to navigate.

  15. Fax registration website is awful. You should be embarrassed to have this as your product.

    GET A BETTER WEBSITE, one that retains account data so I’m not inputting the same info EVERY TIME. Users should not have to hunt for available appointments by day and by site. Appointment availability should be a offered in a usable calendar format. This sort of software has been available for years. The airlines use it. My dentist uses it. Fire whoever developed or bought your current software. It’s the worst I’ve seen in 30 years.

  17. We did not get an email confirming our appointment.

    After clicking confirm appointment the next screen was back at the scheduling screen with a save button. Very confusing... so were we supposed to get a confirmation email at the time of scheduling or just an email reminder before our appointment time.

  18. I couldn't sign in yesterday and from 5 am on 1/20 to noon I can sign in but there are no more times available

    Get more sites to vaccinate asap and in the portal all my basic info should be saved so when I go back into the portal all I have to do is make attempts to schedule. How is it that in one day we run out of appointment times but in the intial roll out you could book appoints up to Jan 20 at only one location. This is not working well, I"m 68 with a preexisting condition and can't get vaccinated. The govenors task force needs to be more robust. Hire people to at least help answer questions on phone.…

  20. Scheduling vaccine

    I am in the 1b phase group and can't find any appointments anywhere in the state... I am 85 & my wife is 84 ... looking for an appontment for each and every day took us more than an hour... so not okay for those of us in a high risk group
