Make your website effective. Absolutely no way for a person to schedule
LATEST INFO SAYS GCC WILL BE ADMINISTERING VACCCINATIONS
EFFECTIVE 26 JAN. GO TO ADHS WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE.
HOWEVER - SITE DOES NOT SHOW UP ON ADHS WEBSITE. ALSO, IT SHOULDN'T BE NECESSARY TO REDO ALL THE REGISTRATION QUESTIONS EVERY TIME I LOG-IN TO THE ADHS PATIENT PORTAL WEBSITE.1 vote -
Pima County vaccination site map outdated
The Pima County map showing vaccination sites is out of date. It doesn’t include the Banner Kino South site, which has been operating all week. Also, the site on south Houghton Rd. contains a broken link for registration.

PLEASE get map accurate.
I know you're busy but it's wasting thousands of people's time and energy. The crosshatch pattern on the map indicates supposedly indicates where 65+ vaccine is available but there are many sites in clear area that say it's available there. MANY links do not work.

Update Graphics on the Schools Dashboard!
The graphics on the Schools Dashboard have data through August 23. They are now 3 weeks behind, so we have no way of seeing the trend on these metrics easily. Please update the graphics! Thank you.

Death reporting
It would be great if the news channels reported the real deaths for the day (azfamily) keeps reports hundreds of deaths because we (medical hospitals )went back and we classified deaths over the year as COVID related ( thousands of deaths were added )

Fix your Vaccine FAQ!
Your FAQ still shows 65+ in the 1C category, making others in that category call in thinking it is their turn to get vaccine. All information on the site needs to match. It is causing strife and angst among state residents. Please fix it asap

Anything is better than what is being done. I can't even get a date through Feb. for my 78 year old husband. It shouldn't be this difficult.

covid vaccine website disaster
START OVER with your website design! If Covid doesn't kill me, frustration with this web site will. Endless loops and commands that get me nowhere, a website that doesn't allow me to register, doesn't send an email with a code to register, won't allow me to schedule an appt over next 6 months... Good grief, better option to show up and get in line at a stadium.

COVID POD Failure
On the AZ Dept. Health website I registered and received a COVID appt for Monday January 18, 2021 to be administered by Destiny Health at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. It was closed. Twenty other people showed up. As a 66 year old educator I am qualified to receive vaccine in phase 1B. I did not receive an email, phone call, or text stating that my appt was cancelled or ran out of vaccine. I called the AZ Dept of Health's COVID hotline and other phone numbers. A voice recording referred me to the website. I am very saddened and disappointed. As…

Can not set up Account
For three days I have been attempting to set up an account to register for and get an appointment for my COVID shot. Now all this month and next month are full. I used two different emails and the forgot password option and have not received an email at all. PLEASE HELP

Open more vaccination centers
Why does the entire county have two vaccination sites? It will takes a decade to vaccinate if we don't prioritize this as the biggest risk to our economy.

Offer ability to resend appointment confirmation email
I mistakenly purged my appointment email and would like to get the email resent, but there is no way to resend the email.
