We tried several times to schedule an appointment for our COVID-19 vaccination.
I don’t think the ADHS website was ready to accept 1C appointments on January 19th. Please make an announcement when the website is available for 1C appointments.

This site is absolutely USELESS !!!
My idea is to get some technical expertise to set-up and monitor this site, and not rely on people (bureaucrats) who have little or no knowledge and little interest in being responsive to the needs of county citizens !!!

MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!!
Jan. 19: Impossible to make appt for covid vaccine. Website shows NO TIMES AVAILABLE. I have been on hold on help line for over TWO HOURS!! Make it happen, already, before we croak!!

I’m fairly certain you hear about issues when folks have complaints. I want you, Dr. Christ and team, to know my experience signing up for a covid vaccine this morning (65+) was at first a bit frustrating due to volume I’m sure, but persistence paid off and I can say the overall experience was quite satisfactory. You have a very complex but important job; which I think you’re doing quite well. I appreciate all your efforts on our behalf and ‘thank you’ for all that you do. Best to you all.

An easier way for all members to sign up for SAME TIME AND PLACE!!!
I am not a programmer so am not qualified, but expecting people to sign up when the procedure does not work will no work for the members of the older generation!!!! And the phone numbers are basically useless, you get no where but being constantly told to go to a website! The doctors offices, clinics and pharmacy need access to this vaccine NOW!

scheduling for appointment for the vaccine
could not sign up. I got as far as clicking conform and then nothing happened. Tried other dates but did not get anywhere. I guess if you over 75 your are out of luck

Serious Issue
I entered name and email address to sign up for covid vaccine and was sent a response stating that I would receive a link in my email and never received email.

I can not sign in at the covid registration portal, I've reset password and it still says email or password is incorrect
if your system is busy then say that, but I have CHANGED THE PASSWORD 4 TIMES now and I still can not login to covid registration Fix it I won"t change the password again.

Tighter borders for vaccination
Going from 75 to 65 is ridiculous. I am 82 years old and missed out on the first supplies. Apparently, I once again missed out on today's. I suspect the one and done vaccinations will be available if it takes me until April to get into your site. 70 and above would have helped a lot of people this morning!

Create a cancellation waiting list for Covid-19 vaccinations
There were a lot of problems signing up for a Covid-19 vaccination. Because of this, I'll be getting my vaccination much later than I want. If there was a cancellation waiting list- I'd jump at the chance to move up my vaccine date.

When asking questions, don’t mix relevant and non relevant together,
When questions on the vaccine request site and you asking if a patient is 75 or older then if the patient is working, it
should be yes or no. By asking Questions if the patient is working in situations and then asking if the patient’s age once again is less than what it is it identifies them-disqualifying them when remaining questions that are asked!1 vote -

I try to register for covid vaccine and it won't accept my email address and password telling me it is wrong but here I am writing you a feedback with the same email and password. this is frustrating a senior citizen just trying to sign up for vaccination. Appointment error
I created two accounts, 1 for me and 1 for my husband. I then scheduled two appts, 1 for me and and for my husband using our separate accts, different email addresses, different ages, different birthdates, different genders. However, when I printed the confirmations, which have different Appointment IDs, they both say that I am the Registrant. How can I fix it so that one is for me, and one is for my husband?
