  2. Why are we not appropriating the money afforded the mental health population?

    I was told by the news that more funds would be appropriated to mental health. Where are these funds and when will they benefit Arizona mental health patients? I am SMI (Seriously Mentally Ill) with Bipolar. I take my medications properly and never miss an appointment to my NP (nurse practitioner) and still I have had one of my providers leave because of better opportunities and one laid off for what I can only assume is financial reasons. I do not do well when my doctor or NP in my case is changed. Why do they call for more money…

  3. Emailing the renewal reminder

    Is not working. It got put to spam, and the thing expired. Lost a caregiver card that was just "purchased" at the tune of $200 in August. So here we are. Suggestion - US mail the reminder, instead of emailing.

  6. Feedback on Primary Care Area Data Great Work, Thanks

    Hi, I'm writing a grant and as usual, I end up here: http://azdhs.gov/prevention/health-systems-development/data-reports-maps/index.php
    Why? Because it's the only resource for demographic data about RURAL communities in Arizona. I notice that you have made some changes to your website to make the PCA community profiles much easier to find, esp if one is looking for info on a variety of RURAL communities. Since our service area is all of southeast Arizona, this is a wonderful resource, since trying to find demographic information about rural places on the US Census website is like the proverbial needle in the haystack.   8. Chapter 400- policy 410- use of telemedicine does not open

    It does not open. It just changes to policy 411, Parent/Family Support Provider Training, Certification, and Supervision
    Requirements.
    This is very odd, and it is the only policy I need o look at right now. Do you have a Policy on this or not? Thank you very much for your help in advance.

  10. I cannot Enable your Payment

    My computer does not load enable, play, do, whatever so I can pay for my address change onmy card. I do nor have SASFARUI I do not have chrome it ewill not losad. It wuill not play hoe w ahm o I I supposed to PSA PAY??? HO DOw I PAY? I can send cash. whats wrong with a money order? You Makie it Ipmossible. CHANGE IT

  13. getting 404 page not found at https://ems.azdhs.gov/Application/CreateEligibility

    I'm attempting to apply for my state EMT certification, I am already have my NREMT. I am trying to apply for jobs and the card from the state is all I am missing and cannot move forward till I have it. After entering my information and cliciking next on this page, https://ems.azdhs.gov/Application/CreateEligibility - it takes me to a page saying Error 404, file or directory not found and I cannot complete my application.

  14. Flu vaccine doesn't always work

    Please explain to the public why some of us get the flu even after we have received the flu vaccine. Flu was just confirmed at physician's office. This is of concern since the past 3 years since I moved to Maricopa county, I have received the vaccine each year and each year I get sick with the flu. I doubt i am the only person in this state with this problem

    I tried to email you about a dirty restaurant but you have not made it easy, it looks like you do not have this ability. May I suggest you make it possible, as for phoning you are closed when I am able to call.
