  4. Suggestion for CITING/REFERENCES

    I use your website pages to do school research papers but I never am able to find who wrote the topic on certain things or what year it was written, is there any way this can be updated into the webpages on the website?

    I am from the north East amd bought my son to Mohave Mental health for treatment of his heroin addiction. Not only did he have to wait two months to get suboxone prescribed. He finally got the prescription and was told not to take it until the following week we he went to his next doctors appointment, and to drive in there in withdrawls to take it in fron of the doctor. he sais what am i supposed to do over the next 5 days, continue to use heroin.     I cannot even contact you to ask a question. I am sure this is deliberate in nature. All I want to know is why you announce on your site that the card is $75 to $150 and yet I have been informed that it is $300. That amount demonstrates the corruption in the state's government. You advertise one thing but the reality is something else. You people are horrible.

    Hello,

    My idea is for all Phoenix buildings be inspected for the cause of this urban disease outbreak in DFW. I’d like to share information I learned during my workplace’s outbreak of a disease that can cause hematological malignancies, precancerous conditions, rheumatic diseases, connective tissue diseases, autoimmune symptoms, inflammation in any organ/tissue, seizures, migraines, hallucinations, etc. and is often undiagnosed/misdiagnosed in immunocompetent victims.

    My coworkers and I, all immunocompetent, got Disseminated Histoplasmosis in Dallas-Fort Worth from roosting bats, that shed the fungus in their feces. The doctors said we couldn’t possibly have it, since we all had intact immune systems.…

    Over 200 bodies can't be buried because of your department's IT changes and you call it a "BUMP"? A BUMP? Not only are you incompetent to manage crisis, you are totally unfeeling. People's dead awaiting the burial your department is now preventing are NOT "Bumps". Resign now.

  20. Online Appt Portal - WIC

    There should be a portal where existing families of the WIC program can set up online appointments with currently available schedules. Even if it takes 24 hours to approve or compromise a time. perhaps set up three options within this portal to choose from; this way there are multiple options and less need to have to communicate back and forth with WIC and Family receiving WIC benefits.
