Suggestions for public health and preparedness
What better time to use the emergency broadcasting systems? Why aren’t tickers running on television and radio programs from EBS informing citizens of where to find FAQs about the virus, quarantine areas, stay in place orders, mask access, etc.?
Why are so many trained CERT volunteers not deployed to assist in civil defense e.g. collecting samples, assisting with distribution of infection control resources, food and accurate information to underserved citizens?
Comparative examples from other nations with SARS and MERS experience such as Taiwan (below) indicate a need for a similar national strategy that includes federal, state, local groups and volunteers…

Serology testing focused on Maricopa county? What about the rest of the state?
Out of 33 locations, 1 is in Pima County, 2 are in Pinal, the rest are Maricopa and the Phoenix region. Why does our state focus on the Phoenix area, instead of making this type of testing available in every county?

can you please provide a cumulative number of confirmed cases by day for the entire state?

Adjust the scale on the zip code map
The scale on the coved 19 zip code map should be adjusted to reflect the current situation. As most zip codes have more than 50 cases within Maricopa County, you can’t easily see he hot spots. The scale should change to reflect zip codes that have more than 100 and more than 200 cases

Make sure the charts line up with the numbers (e.g. the deaths by day)
On June 10th, for example, you reported 25 covid related deaths, with a little note that this includes 'probable' deaths. This would be fine, but the bar-chart just below it only shows 3 deaths for the same date. I am assuming this is because the chart does not include 'probable' deaths? Whatever the reason for the difference, it is not very transparent... and the discrepancy in the daily numbers just makes them look unreliable.

You should report the number of hospitalizations and deaths in those hospitals.
There are a number of hospitals that do a better job of taking care of their patients. Those hospitals should be rewarded by being identified through reporting on the number of Covid-19 hospitalizations, recoveries, intubations and deaths. Hospitals that under perform should be identifiable to the general public so that patients can make informed decisions about where they go and those under performing locations can make improvements instead of using the old standard "we're doing the best we can" so that they continue to do things in a manner that is less successful than other locations. For example I suspect…

Why did number of COVID-19 cases reported by day change?
I've been tracking the Pima Co. reported cases closely for a while, and today all of the numbers going back to 3/15 changed. Since they were reported by date of sample collection, this should not have been possible. As an example, May 30th used to show 135 new cases tested on that day. However now it shows only 62, a change of -77. Those cases (along with many others from the last week of May) seem to have been moved to 6/4, which went from 94 cases to 214. The number of tests reported per day has not changed.

Data on confirmed covid cases - EPI chart
Confirmed cases by day seems to be manipulated data. I have been tracking your EPI chart and the number of cases increase (which is to be expected) but also decreases (which doesn't make sense). For example the bar chart for April 29 peaked at 417 on May 6th but on May 7 dropped by 36 to 381. The cases continued to climb to another peak of 398 on May 14 and then dropped to 387 on June 5th. This anomaly happened again for tests recorded to the following dates: 4/30, 5/3 (which had a high of 305 on May 7…

Get EPI curve data current with data from the Summary Page
Your EPI curve data entry lags what is happening on the summary page by 5 days. It is perhaps the most critical curve on the website. The Johns Hopkins data is up to date... Get with it!

Post a Date and Time, when Posting your UpDate on the COVID-19, (in the morning, and night).
Its confusing, as to whether your posting on most current tallies on the COVID-19; or by Yavapai County's 'Community Health Services'?
Or, is your most current updates coming from Community Health Services of Yavapai?

Your numbers should match county health department reports.
Update you COVID confirmed cases to match county healthdepartment reports, specifically Yuma. Yuma County has shown 20 for a couple of days and yours shows 17.

Additional Info for 65+
How about breaking out the 65+ deaths by "how many were in assisted living/nursing home" vs ones living on their own. This would give a better perspective for the 65+ category in the reporting of covid-19 infections and deaths.

Add horizontal scrollbar to the "COVID-19 Cases by Day" graph
The graph is being cut off on the right-hand side, with no way to scroll right to see newest data.

Please separate observation from daily inpatient chart
Would like to see observation number separate from inpatient numbers in the Hospital Specific Metrics section. This may help to make better sense of the admit vs. discharge numbers and inpatient numbers. Since the discharge numbers are consistently greater than the admit numbers now, and given that the inpatient numbers are going up, I can only assume the rise is observation numbers. Would love to see that quantified.

Add ability to enter the start date to display on the charts
Re COVID data dashboard: Is the chart displayed by default starting from the beginning of sampling/testing, or for a set time back? It would be good if we could select the starting date if it is earlier than the default chart.
