    Request clarify why total Vaccinated within Zip Code 85635 fluctuates from 6939 on 25Jun21 down to 4222 on 02Jul21 (after 9am posting). Shouldn't each daily count continue to go up? Thank you

  4. Health club question

    Can someone please explain why it is ok to have four people sit around a nine square foot table in a restaurant, with no masks on, yet it is not ok for two people to play racquetball on an 800 square foot, fully enclosed court with full face plastic shields (not a cloth face covering)? I would like to hear directly from someone from the health department because getting someone on the phone seems nearly impossible. Thank you.

  5. Bring back previous genealogy.az.gov website!

    I have been using genealogy.az.gov for years. The new Genealogy Record Search on azdhs.gov is awful! The old website displayed far more information, including: more records per page, total of how many records found, which county the record was from, and a color distinction between death and birth records. Also, the new webpage is far slower at searching the records and to make matters more frustrating, it doesn't even produce the same records. Also, all the old links that were saved to the records are now obsolete. At least have the old pdf pages link to same record, but at…

  6. Recent changes to the online search of historic vital records is a terrible mistake

    You have made the search less effective, and no longer searchable by county, and date ranges. Please restore the old functionality.

  7. Does showing a cumulative 9.9% positivity rate make any sense?

    I think it would be far more useful to break down who and where people tested positive in the past 14 days. Same with reported deaths. Who is still dying from covid? What ages, locations?

  9. COVID VACCINE

    When AZ opens vaccine to the general population please prioritize by age, i.e. all age 55 and over, then age 50 and over, then age 45 and over, etc. Otherwise, it will be a free-for-all with all the 30 somethings elbowing out the more vulnerable population. We've all been patient but the process needs to be orderly.

  10. High risk people younger than 65 need covid vaccinations too

    Until recently your announced policy would have let persons under 65 but high risk qualify for vaccination when over-65 persons qualified. I care for someone who needs it a lot more than persons being vaccinated now but she's 64. She's had 4 kidney transplants and has been on immunosuppressants for 45 years. I'm concerned you're focusing on populations you can glamorize in the news - like your pop up events - and forgetting who needs it most.

  11. Revise Covid-19 Vaccine appointment website

    Suggest revising the AZDS website to simply take the searcher to the next available appointment date for the searcher's eligibility category instead of requiring the searcher to search each date and each location until an opening is found or the searcher gives up in frustration. This really needs to be fixed. It is extremely time consuming to use this site.

  12. Fix eligible age, appointment date on vaccine website

    Medical centers are encouraging patients 65 & older to register with you for the Covid vaccine and handing out paper with web address for "podvaccine.azdhs.gov". The site has a couple bugs that will frustrate seniors trying to register and should be fixed ASAP. First, the site does not reflect the decision by White House to allow seniors 65 & over to receive the vaccine. It specifically asks if applicant is 75 or older. Second, you cannot complete the web site registration unless you pick an appointment date yet the site is not loaded with a table of available dates.

  13. Expand (CoVid) Find Vaccine map for Sedona / Cottonwood areas to include Sedona Walgreens & CVS & Cottonwood’s Spectrum Healthcare?

    We are a small group helping individuals getting their appointments and wanted to mention the following items.

    On your https://vaccinefinder.org/search/ re: the Sedona / Cottonwood areas would it be possible to include the Sedona Walgreens & CVS as well as Cottonwood’s Spectrum Healthcare?

    May we also suggest, it would be great if you might create a means both via the internet and perhaps by in coming phone call - where the last mile vaccination groups might more easily and consistently update their vaccine availability?

  15. Daily Update of Local Covid-19 Vaccinations???

    Can you please let us know why the total count of Covid-19 vaccinations in both zip codes of Sierra Vista, AZ have not changed in 3 days? The last updates show on 18 May 21. Are these not recorded daily any more? If not, how frequently are they being recorded? Thank you

  17. Hard to tell when daily zip code cases have been updated

    Description says zip code data updated by 9:30 a.m., yet data is frequently delayed without a notification. Hard to tell if current data is actually updated.
