THIS SITE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. I HAVE TRIED FOR 5 DAYS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE SITE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH UNLESS YOU ARE 25.
Redo the web site so that it flows and can be seen on the average laptop screen.. The next button is way to far away from the information requested... The idea of a calendar button to get the date is not intuitive for those not used to using one. I for one had never seen that, only type in the date. Took me many tries to find out how to use it... I only have a Dr. education, not a Dr. in computer science. I certainly am not the only one that has had a problem with trying to get…

Change your reporting matrix of COVID cases to over 5,000
Almost the entire map of AZ is red now which depicts over 1,000 cases by zip code. This is no longer helpful. The matrix should be updated to reflect numbers greater than 1,000 to get a more meaningful picture of communities who have more cases.

Inability to schedulde appointment for covid-19 vaccine
I am 75 years old, have registered on the AZ covid-19 website, but am unable to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine. For every date between 1/16/21 thru 2/5/21, I receive the message "There are currently no events available..." Why are no vaccination sites available within 50 miles of my home in Sierra Vista for the next 3 weeks? I am especially concerned because next Tuesday the state is making the vaccine available to even more people, and I may be forced to wait months to find an available appointment.

2nd covid vaccine availability to sign up
I have an appointment for myself and family on the 21st of January at Chandler. When will appointments open for my 2nd vaccine? Please email me with that information. I have tried to sign up on the website for the second vaccine and it says no appointments are available.

I think your podvaccine scheduling programming sucks.
Instead of asking when you would like to be vaccinated, present slots that are available and let the customer pick one.
The question "Do you have insurance?" in unanswerable for us on Medicare ADVANTAGE. (a 3rd option).

Make COVID19 Raw Data Downloadable (with history of uploads)
If possible, can we make the raw data used to generate the charts downloadable? This would expedite deeper/fuller analysis of the dynamics of the disease in Arizona. Also, keeping a history of the data uploads (such as with *.zip files labeled by date) would improve transparency and accountability of AZDHS and their data handling.

There should be an easier to make an appointment to get the Covid vaccine. I have been trying for 2 days and the site won't let me registe
Try to make the form clearer to understand.
Allow a user to check the boxes that are required.

Frustration signing up for vaccination
Why cant you show first available slot by location instead of having to go day by day only to find no slots. I tried 3 locations into February with no luck after spending 45 minutes

Dont' make me go day by day to choose vaccine date
Show vaccination availability by what is available. Right now you have to go every single day - only to find that every single day is already booked. It's a complete waste of time. There is no way my elderly mother could have done this on her own. I'm on computers every day and can barely figure it out.

poor roll out of podvaccine web site
Instead of making people enter all their information every time, why not store it so they can return and get a reservation quickly, when new ones open up? Or at least tell people up front that there are no reservations available, instead making them enter all their information each time--only to get to the end and find out there is nothing available.

Better integrate data for Covid vaccine availability with the POD map
The POD map lists POD sites, but the appointment availability at many of the sites is non-existent! Could you please color code or somehow indicate which sites still have appointment availability?

Under Patient Portal - Warn that hitting cancel will return you to the Dashboard
Was trying to enroll my 87 year old mother through the Patient Portal and I hit "Cancel" instead of "Previous" and it started us over and wiped out all the data input. It would be nice if when you hit the "Cancel" at the top of the screen, that a message popped up "Are you sure? This will return you to the Dashboard and restart this process. Press "Previous" if you want to go back"

Too difficult for 79 yr. olds to make colvid 19 appts
open more sites. there are a lot of 75yrand older who have NOT been able to get an appointment . It very difficult to make the appts.

My mother is 99 and I am the primary healthcare worker. I'd like to sign up for the drive through vaccine in advance of the Jan 19 date
Why can't people in the 1A and 1B category not get through on the phone or web site to make an advance date for when State Farm Stadium opens up? I feel safer driving my mother through in car. I have been unable to get on the portal or phone even though I've tried multiple times. I'm afraid the website will be even more jammed up on jan 19.

I have tried at least a dozen times to sign up for the Covid vaccine, and have been unsuccessful.
I began looking for a Covid-19 appointment on Monday, and each time that I look, which at this point has been about 10 times, I am unsuccessful. I have tried Maricopa County and DHS. Each time, none of my information is saved. I log in, and it still is not saved. This has gotten annoying and time-consuming. What the **** do I have to do to find an appointment? Should I do a few headstands, and hum a mantra? Would that give me better luck? How about saving my information, so that I do not have to type the same…
