  2. Data

    Please restart showing the daily number of tests. It's the only way to understand the impact of daily new cases of covid. It's a crude measure of positivity. Obviously the data needs to be averaged over. 5days but it would be better that this new format

  4. We can no longer read entire chart titled: Testing for COVID-19 in Arizona

    Adding the new risk graphic to the right side of that chart and adding the hashtag is cutting off # of cases tested, pending, and ruled out, This is important information to the public.

  6. Re editorial today...Confusion!

    I keep getting cut off. I have tried for days to get an appt. for me (86) and my wife (83). I tried the number for older people who dont work computers. It doesn't work. The log in doesn't accept my password. And then i Hear that surpluses are being given at the stadium. I can't reach anybody. I contacted the newspaper. Maybe they can help.   7. how to make a second vaccine dose appointment

    There needs to be an easier way to make the second dose appointment for the Chandler location. Some vaccine locations schedule both appointments at the same time so this issue does not come up.

  9. Please get speech therapy help for the people who record the long messages we hear when we call ADHS phone numbers, especially 602-542-1000.

    Many residents of Arizona are hearing-impaired to some degree. Having those who record the messages work with a speech therapist to master clear enunciation, appropriate pauses, appropriate emphasis and, most of all slowing down and distancing properly from the microphone. Recording a message is to inform people, not deliver a speech. There is a difference.

  10. I've tried for 2 weeks on every website that is available to schedule Covid vaccine,

    Very poor management of scheduling appt for the covid vaccine. I reached all sites and filled out all documentation required, would be prompted to make appt. that showed was available then there would be no time slots to choose. I've been going thru the process for 2 weeks to no avail.

  11. I need help getting a Vaccine appt scheduled

    This Vaccine scheduler is idiotic! So frustrating that you have to click on each date, and then locations, and it says pick a different date, it lists several locations, then no available slots now I have searched for all of January and February nothing and there are not even locations listed on February. I am supposed to be a B1 and able to get my appt right now. How about listing first available and then I won't spend hours inputting my Insurance data over and over again. Hate this thing!

  12. % positivity poor benchmark for returning to school, please drop

    Forget using % positivity as a benchmark for returning to school. It's biased by the number of people getting tested.

    As an example, healthy people don't go get tested, why would they?

    Hospitalization rates and cases per 100,000 individuals are the benchmarks that matter, and more accurate.

  15. Fix your website so it will provide a date for covid vaccine

    Please update your website. You can't enter any date at all and get registered for a vaccine. I put in dates out in June and still did not get a date. Please have your IT people check out the portal. It can't be that hard to insure that everything is up and running properly if you have the IT support.
    Also change your guideline to conform to the new CDC guidelines recently issued for covid-10 vaccinations. The criteria is now 65 with underlying health conditions that may be someone at increased risk for a poor outcome if infected with covid.…

  16. Did Arizona get rid of Vaccination Group 1C for High Risk Individuals?

    The recent information no longer shows Group 1C for vaccination scheduling. Some in my household are not working because they are in several high risk categories. When will they be eligible to receive vaccine?

  17. Vaccine scheduling website should have first available option

    Trying to find an open slot is a pain because most slots are full. Why not have a first available option so the website tells you when and where to show up, instead of a hit and miss of trying to guess when a vaccine slot may be available.

  19. Appointment page for vaccine is not working

    My 78 year old mother is not getting an appointment for Covid19 vaccine,
    my father passed away in December from Covid19

    On the page to choose a date, you need a "Soonest available" checkmark to bypass the guessing game.

    Also, on the insurance page, the dropdown to choose "self" or a dependent isn't working.
