  1. Fix eligible age, appointment date on vaccine website

    Medical centers are encouraging patients 65 & older to register with you for the Covid vaccine and handing out paper with web address for "podvaccine.azdhs.gov". The site has a couple bugs that will frustrate seniors trying to register and should be fixed ASAP. First, the site does not reflect the decision by White House to allow seniors 65 & over to receive the vaccine. It specifically asks if applicant is 75 or older. Second, you cannot complete the web site registration unless you pick an appointment date yet the site is not loaded with a table of available dates.

  2. Expand (CoVid) Find Vaccine map for Sedona / Cottonwood areas to include Sedona Walgreens & CVS & Cottonwood’s Spectrum Healthcare?

    We are a small group helping individuals getting their appointments and wanted to mention the following items.

    On your https://vaccinefinder.org/search/ re: the Sedona / Cottonwood areas would it be possible to include the Sedona Walgreens & CVS as well as Cottonwood’s Spectrum Healthcare?

    May we also suggest, it would be great if you might create a means both via the internet and perhaps by in coming phone call - where the last mile vaccination groups might more easily and consistently update their vaccine availability?

  3. How do you count residents that received the J&J one dose vaccine?

    Are they counted as receiving one dose or fully vaccinated?

  4. Daily Update of Local Covid-19 Vaccinations???

    Can you please let us know why the total count of Covid-19 vaccinations in both zip codes of Sierra Vista, AZ have not changed in 3 days? The last updates show on 18 May 21. Are these not recorded daily any more? If not, how frequently are they being recorded? Thank you

  5. This search engine is useless for genealogy purposes. Suggest you go back to the old original version.

  6. Hard to tell when daily zip code cases have been updated

    Description says zip code data updated by 9:30 a.m., yet data is frequently delayed without a notification. Hard to tell if current data is actually updated.

  10. COVID-19 Vaccines Phase 1C: High-Risk Medical Conditions

    Isn't Phase 1C supposed to allow "Adults with High-Risk Medical Conditions" to receive their vaccine, as suggested in all the documentation? I have diabetes and the patient portal will not allow me to schedule an appointment. Is there misinformation in all the documentation regarding the phases?

  12. regarding the covid deaths and ventilators can we know % of those people who were vaccinated

    I'd like to thank you for your Covid-19 dashboard. Its easy to access and provides good intel. I would like to know the % of deaths and ventilators for those who were vaccinated. thanks!

    All nursing homes care centers and medical rehabs should have 2 Spirit-filled Chaplains on staff to ensure that the patients are getting the care and the services they need in a timely manner and to ensure that the patients are receiving the love and the compassion and the encouragement they need.   14. Allow to pick which County as in prior website and mother's maiden name allowance

    This new format does not allow for Native American Names. They do not allow Navajo Name that does not always follow first, middle and last. Previous website was more user friendly. This site always show NO Results. Anything close to search does not show up. Which at least was the case in previous site.

  15. Allow rural people to get the Covid vaccination

    Your current portal to sign up for Covid vaccinations absolutely prevents anyone living further than 50 miles from a site with vaccine from signing up. This includes people in the highest risk categories. Is the plan to kill rural Arizonans? Why are you doing this?

  20. Locations on maricopa.gov vs azdhs.gov

    How come the map on https://www.maricopa.gov/5659/COVID-19-Vaccine-Locations has more locations showing up such as the location with Banner Health in Central Phoenix, yet this location doesn't appear on the state run website azdhs.gov? Since Maricopa is in Arizona, shouldn't the locations found on maricopa.gov also be on azdhs.gov?
