Missing card
I received notice that my renewal application has been approved but my new card is not on my portal. Please advise.

Enhanced Purchase History
There is a section for purchase history, although only for the past month. Can I see a YTD purchases or the last year. Also since it is collected, it would be nice to see the detail of my purchases.

Have someone actually ANSWER the phone!!!
Have been on hold multiple times for over an hour each, have tried emailing but no response. I am a caregiver and NEED to have my card and my caree card synced by date. Can't buy for him because of different dates on cards! Would SOMEBODY PLEASE ANSWER??? I ALREADY tried emailing, so don't tell me to to that!

Pick up the phone.
I called today and sat on autohold for 33 minutes before being transferred directly to someone's voice mail. I called back. I've been on autohold for 15 minutes more.

Does not recognize my username, unable to login
Allow me access to the e-card or mail me a physical card. at this time I am unable to get the medication that I need, this should never happen with medicine! A site goes down and I loose access to my med's!

Have a list of accredited MMJ Dispensaries per county.
ADHS needs to have a page dedicated to showing available dispensaries per county, their names and locations.

Easier access
I can't get into the portal to get my electronic medical marijuana card. I've gone to the page and it won't let me type in anything. It says they've emailed me but have received nothing.

My medical marijuana card expires today
My medical marijuana card expires today, but I have received NO information regarding when my new card will arrive. I paid for a 2-year card. I'm not computer savvy, but I received an email that stated my renewal was accepted and finalized. WHERE IS MY NEW CARD?

Since you've gone to a fully "online" system for medical marijuana, why do you not have any tech support available for when your website is not working correctly?

Extend expiration date for medical marijuana cards
do you do the current health crisis is it possible to extend the expiration date of expiring cards for several months to help mitigate our situation

Medical Marijuana Card renewal during the Coronavirus Pandemic
Renewing a medical marijuana card is difficult during this time of CoronaVirus pandemic. For example, my doctor has canceled all non-essential appointments at this time and so getting updated medical papers from her office is not possible at this time. Would it be possible to get an extended renewal date and pay any additional fees online?
