  2. Got an email about my replacement mmj card Monday, it’s now Saturday it isn’t here

    I want know when I get my medical card back, I am low on medication and my PTSD is getting really bad

  4. Why full price of $ 300 for renewal with incurable diseases

    Don t punish patients with expiring card and an ongoing incurable disease like Parkinson's with a $ 150 fee from a doctor who is not even the patients physician. He has also developed another cancer for which he is paying $ 2000 for the radiation. the products in dispensaries are expensive enough. Why can his physician/oncologist NOT write up the health condition and reason for a medical marijuana card yo avoid that fee? It is really unfair, just an additional income for doctors.   6. Cannot FIND WAYS to select/specify a designated CARE GIVER

    I live in Kearny, Arizona. Superior Organics Dispensary CLOSED. I would like to select a DESIGNATED CAREGIVER as a supplier. But I CANNOT FIND THE APPLICATION FORM that I need to fill out to identify and select my Designated Care Giver. Can you help?

  8. You website is pathetic.

    I cannot even contact you to ask a question. I am sure this is deliberate in nature. All I want to know is why you announce on your site that the card is $75 to $150 and yet I have been informed that it is $300. That amount demonstrates the corruption in the state's government. You advertise one thing but the reality is something else. You people are horrible.

    Opiates should be banned from mfg and Rx. When swamp has been cleaned of allopath reactive medicine dominance and collusion with Pharma and Insurance industries,society might awaken and popularize functional medicine. Young MDs are swarming to "functional" seminars.

  16. How can I verify cards older than Feb 2017?

    I have authorization as law enforcement to verify a card. The current one I am checking pre-dates the changes in Feb 2017, so there are only 19 characters on the card, not 20+. The system is not allowing for verification of the number because it is too short.

  17. Request for additional info confused me.

    I think I have answered an additional question on my renewal application, that I am not requesting to grow, which kept disappearing when I originally applied, but I am not sure if it went through.

  18. Emailing the renewal reminder

    Is not working. It got put to spam, and the thing expired. Lost a caregiver card that was just "purchased" at the tune of $200 in August. So here we are. Suggestion - US mail the reminder, instead of emailing.

  19. I cannot Enable your Payment

    My computer does not load enable, play, do, whatever so I can pay for my address change onmy card. I do nor have SASFARUI I do not have chrome it ewill not losad.
