COVID-19 protective equipment
Dear,
We are DOMLONG who is dealing with all protective equipment like N95, surgical mask, medical masks and gloves with all necessary certifications. We are ready to accept your emergent order for COVID-19.

No doctors evaluation for at risk seniors during the pandemic
I am a senior (69 year old). I have been enrolled in the Medical Marijuana program since its inception. Being part of the high risk category for the recent pandemic; I have been advised to self quarantine. I would suggest allowing people in my situation to be allowed to (at least temporarily) skip having to go to receive a doctor's evaluation for the reissuing of the permit.

Put yourself in the position of those counting on you
Your site says that, to email you, I must log in. Once logged in, there is not place to email. Also, I tried to verify my MMC information. It asks for patient ID. I DON'T HAVE THAT. Is this really that difficult. I qualified for a card on 1/12/20 but was never told until I CALLED, and was referred to your site and I was able to confirm my card. And ... no card ... I understand you've gone digital, but I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EXPLANATION OR INSTRUCTIONS ... OR ANYTHING. Thx for the service.

Better communication
How do I get my new card. It’s frustrating not getting a hold of a person or call back, my card expires during the weekend and can’t get my new one

Alternative access
I renewed my card but do not own a cellphone.There should be a option for dispensary access with out a cell phone.

Make it easier. Coming here in my condition isn't my pleasure.
In Dec. 2019 I received email to update things on your sight. When I did, I also downloaded last year's card here which is now expired. I had renewed prior to exp. and my new card is in your system. I'm not able to remove my expired card or locate my renewal. I need assurance I can still purchase my medication. I need sleep, badly.

I have NO idea how to upload photos and documents required to renew my license. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC ON HOW TO DO THIS. I'm not tech-savvy. I suggest you include information on how to do upload on your website.

Lost Card
I Jose Sanchez went to Arizona Organix located near 51st ave and Glendale dispensary yesterday and they gave my MMC to another patient, I still not yet recieved any information regarding my card!! how do i go about getting it back, or what do I do!!

Temporary registration link?
I was sent a "temporary link" to register but it led straight to the portal login. I can't login without registering because I was not yet able to create a password. When I click "forgot password" link nothing is sent to my inbox to reset password. How do I find or create my password?

We are having trouble receiving your email when we try to reset our password.

Update your page on medical marijuana
We waited 6 days for the 'welcome' email saying that we could access my grandmother's med card. I call and get told "we don't send that email anymore, just log into the portal". How absolutely disgusting that no one told us this, meanwhile my grandmother has stage 4 cancer and is waiting for her e-card to arrive in her email. Change your website. People are dying.
