  1. Don't keep repeating the menu on the phone . Trying to talk to an agent. There is an error on my husband's death certificate. How to fix?

    How to correct a death certificate. Vitalchek says I have to go thru AZDHS. Trying to get thru to your phone number is frustrating.

  2. "A Possible Solution To Arizona's Extreme Heat"

    As you obviously know, it is unbearably hot in Arizona -- and many other places -- for five to six months every year. But I’ve noticed that the overnight temperatures are very comfortable during that period. I began to wonder if there was a way for Arizonans to take advantage of this.

    I also began to have this recurring vision of "Lighting Up The Night" with solar power. To the point where it was just as bright as daytime - similar to, though not necessarily the same, as a Diamondbacks game at Chase Field. To the point where people could…

  3. I have tried for over a week now to get my daughters birth certificate , I have been on theave been on the phone with VITAL CHEK, for hours

    Vital Chek has been useless, 1:45 hours, second call 2:15 hours, no help keep sending back to the page I can't get into, they just hung up on me on the second call after stating that Arizona had issues. This matter is time sensitive, can someone help me. Vital Chek is not very good at what they're suppose to do.

  4. Get smarter people to run website

    We have been asking that you provide mobile users with a website that we can view. What are we paying you for. We can’t see the numbers at all now it was just numbers tested that was hidden before. Can you please please fix it so mobile users can get informed We don’t all walk around with our desktops.

    You can see all the bars on bar chart! Recent dates are not visible.

    Take a look at Maricopa county...they provide much more info in a very user friendly site.

  9. Can you make the COVID-19 data available for download?

  10. we would like more daily covid updates from the state leadership

    please give us more live updates on tv from the Governor regarding coronavirus as we are all affected economically as well as health wise and we need to hear from our leadership as we are hearing from other Govenors around the country who are keeping their people informed about what direction and actions their states are taking

    Your data is not current! Last numbers shown are for June 21, It's THREE days old. How can I believe the news reports when it can't be confirmed by your "Official" website?

  13. Please add hospital status to daily summary (like testing results were added)

    It was helpful when testing became "newsworthy" to add numerical testing summary to daily Summary page on the dashboard - thanks. I suggest now that hospital capacity is newsworthy, that this be added to summary, e.g. for 6/23
    Inpatient Beds ICU Beds
    Non-COVID-19 4435 891
    COVID-19 2270 581
    Remaining Available 1120 200

    This is similar info to the helpful "overlay" graphs in the last two briefing slide sets. It summarizes data from "Hospital Bed Usage and Availability" and Hospital COVID-19 Specific Metrics" pages from same system, and sets aside the "Hospitalization" page information from a different system with significant time…

  14. Communicate suitable mask types

    Mask style originally designed for building trades with one or two exhalation valves are not suitable for slowing Covid spread In fact they defeat the purpose of a face covering at all for the purpose of slowing Covid. Please included that in Mask up Arizona Communications

    What does your statistic, “% of COVID-19 Cases with Missing Hospitalization Status: 63%,” which is located on the bottom of the Hospitalization page mean?

    why can't we export raw data? your website is not working to sort by deaths by county. in addition, you are not reporting cases by age by test type. that is all critical information!
