organize covid vaccine scheduling
Instead of throwing a dart at a calendar and picking a day first and then seeing if there are any appointments available on each day, one day at a time, how about listing all available dates with times available and then give the locations underneath? this is the clunkiest way to find an appointment.

great job at the Stadium
Covid vaccine at the stadium was great. Fast, efficient, and well organized. Good job ADHS. Good job Governor. Now if we could only get the press to be more positive (especially AZ family channel 3 and 5).

Post available dates for Covid-19 vaccinations or dates that are no longer available so we can see when to sign up.
I spent 30 minutes online trying to find an available event for which I qualify (Age 67) and found none through June. Are there really none? Please post available dates or show dates that are no longer available.

Appointment error
I created two accounts, 1 for me and 1 for my husband. I then scheduled two appts, 1 for me and and for my husband using our separate accts, different email addresses, different ages, different birthdates, different genders. However, when I printed the confirmations, which have different Appointment IDs, they both say that I am the Registrant. How can I fix it so that one is for me, and one is for my husband?

fix tre signup for vaccine page
I try to register for covid vaccine and it won't accept my email address and password telling me it is wrong but here I am writing you a feedback with the same email and password. this is frustrating a senior citizen just trying to sign up for vaccination. You folks have known this for 1 year it was coming and this process is a pile of....

When asking questions, don’t mix relevant and non relevant together,
When questions on the vaccine request site and you asking if a patient is 75 or older then if the patient is working, it
should be yes or no. By asking Questions if the patient is working in situations and then asking if the patient’s age once again is less than what it is it identifies them-disqualifying them when remaining questions that are asked!1 vote -

Create a cancellation waiting list for Covid-19 vaccinations
There were a lot of problems signing up for a Covid-19 vaccination. Because of this, I'll be getting my vaccination much later than I want. If there was a cancellation waiting list- I'd jump at the chance to move up my vaccine date.

Covid Vaccination Schedule Browser Issue
I believe the Covid Vaccination page indicated that Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers were all supported. FYI. Safari is NOT stable. I could not create an acct with it as I couldn't get past the Date of Birth/Phone # fields. The page kept asking for correctly formatted info. The Birth Date field did not have a format guide. I had to use Chrome to create the acct.
Then, I logged into my acct with Safari and after I filled out all the info, I got stuck at the scheduling page with a spinning progress graphic.

Covid Vaccination Schedule Site
The acct database does NOT store personal info, responses to questions, insurance info, etc leading up to scheduling. That is a ridiculous waste of time.
Why can't we create multiple family member profiles and schedule appts together????
Why can't I make an appt for a "Transportation" worker (which is a current priority group) when that's the sole criteria response? There are no appts slots available?
When I selected an available schedule slot and proceeded to confirm, the slot was then gone. I had to start over. WHY???

I tried to sign up for account for vaccine registration
Unable to set up account to register for vaccine. I gave correct email address and was told I would recieve email with link to set up password. Never got email. When I tried to register again I was told there was an account under that email.
