  2. update the daily deaths graph aggressively

Most people are visual with information like this. Although the numbers are indicated on the map if you hover over it, the graph is well behind and , from a quick look at the bar graph, it looks like we're doing great.

  3. Give base numbers for comparison

Please provide base population numbers so a comparison of infected stats can be compared. Are 20-44 year olds getting the Covid 19 at a higher rate than those over 65? Your numbers only say there are more cases. Does not say if there really is a problem here.

  4. There is an error in the COVID-19 Addendum: Allocation of Scarce Resources in Acute Care Facilities

On page 6, the second Example incorrectly states the DEATH EXPECTED WITHIN 5 YRS as worth 4 points. It is 2 points (as shown in the table above).

  5. Enhanced Purchase History

There is a section for purchase history, although only for the past month. Can I see a YTD purchases or the last year. Also since it is collected, it would be nice to see the detail of my purchases.

  6. total case count

Your total case count is off by 270. The week of June 14 - June 20 should show 16696, but your graph shows 19,965 for the week, so the total case count should be adjusted down.

  7. LIST IN ADDITION TO MAP

LOOKING AT MAP TO FIND COVID-19 TESTING SITES; WOULD LIKE IT TO ALSO PROVIDE IT AS A WRITTEN LIST. MAYBE IT'S SOMEWHERE BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.

  8. Deaths Reported Today

When you report new deaths reported today, it needs to include a date range. I have heard politicians use the daily reported number. Today's is 88 (I believe or 83), but in filling in my data tracking, fully 33 of those were adjustments as far back as 5/25 up to 6/20 as I try to lack the site by 10 days due to backdating deaths. However, if you are updating the death count for 5/25, it would seem daily reported does not provide true value. When politicians read these numbers off to the public, most people do not understand timeframe…

The daily covid death chart for the state in inaccurate--none of the bar numbers are correct that I can see you report 2 or 3 deaths or maybe 10--when it is considerably higher by all your other measures. please make it correct or take it down. thanks

  12. Contact tracing

I would like to see coronavirus covid-19 contact categories:
e.g. nursing home resident, nursing care employment, foreign travel, domestic travel, airline travel, work related, large group gathering outdoors, large group gathering indoors, shopping, family gathering. This would give people a better idea of situations to avoid.

  13. Garbage In Garbage Out

The statistics are worthless with your methodology. If we can't differentiate between even suspected and confirmed cases and won't differentiate between those admitted 'for' Covid and those admitted 'with' Covid as the most basic of metrics the information is useless for decision making. I'm left to believe leadership is incompetent.

  14. Better data correlation

On the COVID data, could we have better correlation of the data? Having different numbers for the same metric is frustrating. For example, on the ‘COVID 19 Deaths’ tab, the box at the top indicates 44 Deaths reported today but the chart below indicates only one. If the number in the box is a running total, it should be labeled as such. Likewise under ‘Hospitalizations’ it says there are 4736 hospitalized COVID cases but under the ‘Hospital COVID-19 Specific Metrics’ tab the number is 2793. Which is it?

  15. that it the AZDHS series of websites are very difficult to navigate. It needs an index.

The DHS site complex needs an index. It is extremely difficult to find COVID19 information without already knowing which document you want to find, e.g. I wanted to see how to get to this page ( https://www.azdhs.gov/documents/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/novel-coronavirus/sdmac/covid-19-addendum.pdf ) which I saw posted on Facebook, but found NO path to get there when starting from the homepage without searching for words in the document. Previous searches for specific COVID19 policies and information were also frustrating.

  16. Fix this thing!

"*illnesses in the last 4-7 days may not be reported yet" on your Covid daily site https://www.azdhs.gov/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/covid-19/dashboards/index.php

WHEN YOU POST THE DAILY TOTAL HERE:
    https://www.azdhs.gov/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/covid-19/dashboards/index.php

YOU CAN'T MAKE A WEB CHART UPDATE IN REAL-TIME? What king of morons are you? YOU'RE INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING THE PUBLIC.

Today (4682 new cases) and your graph from 6/22 shows a rapid decrease! FOR 8 DAYS!?

  17. Covid numbers - tested in Spanish database are incorrectly labeled - it should read total numbers - not total positive.

your tables in spanish are translated incorrectly. please see that the total number of test reported for pcr and serology are not all positive but just totals. it is giving the wrong impression to Spanish speaking audience.

  18. COVID-19 Addendum (06/12/2020) has a typo in its examples in Summary Table 1

The addendum suggests the following example to determine a Triage Priority Score: "Example: SOFA SCORE 6(2 points) + DEATH EXPECTED WITHIN 5 YRS DESPITE SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT OF ACUTE ILLNESS(4 points)= TRIAGE PRIORITY SCORE:6."

According to the table above this example, the "Death expected within 5 years despite successful treatment of acute illness" condition adds 2 points (not 4), so the Triage Priority Score for this example would be 4, not 6.

  20. Your graph for number of ICU beds in use and availble.

During COVID we should see past use of ICU beds used/available as well as how many are being used by COVID patients vs other patients. This ends up being misleading as the rate you state for COVID patients is low, but ICU bed use is high. Maybe this is actually due to other patient needs and not due to COVID.
