How many confirmed patients routinely wear masks and how many refuse to wear them?
Simply ask the confirmed patients about their mask wearing. Then report that.
My local newspaper, the Prescott Daily Courier, lists Confirmed Cases, Deaths and
Recoveries. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF “RECOVERY”,and WHY IS IT TYPICALLY LOWER THAN 40 PERCENT?

Update the page
How about updating the notes at the top of the dashboard page?
"new deaths reported on our dashboard to increase more than expected for a few days." this was from 8 months ago I think...How about notating your data and explaining it. Presenting the data is only step one. Maybe it's time to add some intelligence to the data.

Suggest Update Cochise County Covid-19 Data
For your information, the total count of Covid-19 cases and deaths in Cochise County has remained the same every day since 20 NOV 2020. Does that mean Cochise County has miraculously stopped being affected by Covid-19? Suggest you may want to investigate and update, as appropriate. Thank you

NEW FDA APPROVED CoV TEST
Hello,
Did you know loss of smell can be 10 times more prevalent than a fever for those infected with COVID-19?
We have developed an FDA registered Class 2 Medical device which can be a game changer when screening people for COVID-19. This test kit provides an easy, affordable, fast and effective means of detecting anosmia or loss of smell in otherwise Asymptomatic carriers..
You can find out more about it here: https://www.optimistscreening.com/
I’m writing to hopefully connect with the appropriate person who manages your company’s COVID-19 saftey protocols.
Can you please provide assistance to make this connection?

Maximum 2 week lag in data
I am a teacher and I cannot believe schools are having to make decisions with data that is three weeks old. I understand wanting do double and triple check the data before publishing, but it is Nov 23rd and I can only see the the data for Nov 1st, which doesn't account for the huge spike we are seeing now.

Proof of vaccination
Dear Dr. Christ,
I’m contacting you because I believe you can help with implementing an important step toward bringing a halt to the current pandemic.
Because there’s been no mention of providing either a photo ID or other proof of vaccination when the coronavirus vaccine is distributed, I’m concerned that this will be noticeably lacking as Americans begin receiving the vaccine.
Should this oversight not be immediately corrected, there will be chaos when it comes to determining which provider of personal services is “safe.” This would include doctors, dentists, barbers, beauticians, massage therapists and more, not to mention our schools…

Zip code
It would be nice if you could set a dates filter on the zip code. Would prefer to see cases only in the last two weeks not the total since the start of the pandemic

Stop with the mask wearing
We have been wearing masks now for seven moths, it doesn’t seem to be working Covid numbers still going up.It is time to protect the vulnerable and let the rest of us live our lives. God gave us a perfectly good immune system that will take of protecting us and we do have the therapeutics to take if we do get it. Also there’s a 99.9% recovery rate. One last thing Dr. Fauci back in 2012 wrote 90% of fatalities during the Spanish flu died from bacterial pneumonia caused by wearing masks. What do you have to say to that, It is…

PPE acquisition
I worked 11 years in China as a U.S. diplomat. 5 months ago I had several acquaintances email me. They had contact with factories that made PPE (masks, etc.) using the appropriate materials. Wholesale, thousands or millions. I wrote to dozens of hospitals, nursing homes, organizations they all told me--no need. Not being an experienced businesswoman, I gave up.
I should not have given up. My little brother, his daughter, and a cousin have now died of covid-19.
I just saw the president of the (MNA) emotional reaction to continued lack of PPE. It seems PPE is still needed.

Why asymptomatic "essential workers" are expected to return to work while exposed to a positive covid case with close contact?
I think the Quarantine flowchart should be the same for essential workers that are exposed to somebody in close contact. And the worker needs to show proof of results for the other person to make sure they aren't lying while the exposed person gets a covid test. It doesn't make sense to go to work not knowing if you have covid and putting the people you work with at risk just because you don't have any symptoms.

Actually *talk* to people when they call!!!
I called the nearest COVID-19 Testing center (CVS Pharmacy @ Bethany Home & 43rd Ave.) to try to schedule a test. I was on hold for 18 minutes, and when the young lady got on the phone with me, I told her why I was calling. She hung up. Is this the best we can expect?

More targeted information on COVID-19 status is needed.
You keep number of cumulative cases of the virus by zip code but do not show number of deaths by zip code. That information plus the information on senior living facilities would help us make educated decisions on what we do and where we go. Kansas does the senior living facilities very well. Your zip code information should just have the death numbers along with the other information for pop up.
