Clarify COVID-19 positives
This page now only shows "positive" vs. confirmed and presumptive:
https://www.azdhs.gov/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/index.php#novel-coronavirus-home
Does positive now include both confirmed and presumptive? Or only confirmed?5 votes -

Please provide an additional Covid 19 data point
Please share #s or % of Covid 19 cases needing hospitalization and especially ICU. More than infection rates, these are critical data for the public to understand severity and impact to medical services. The ICU beds used and available, and C19 specific PPE, and ventilators are the limiting factors that we want insight into.
Thanks for all the information that you have been pulling together and making available! it’s definitely a challenge with such wide-ranging and variety of sources, and no methodological standards for which data points are tracked or timing for compilation!5 votes -
Do as other states are doing, release inmates from jails that are low risk and have health issues. Our son just got over bronchitis.
I do have an idea for face shields, I used to live in MN and was an avid snowmobilier, make visors as those snowmobilers wear only attach the plastic piece to a hat such as a baseball hat. The curve of the plastic piece would curve back from the bill protecting the side of the face too. I planned to turn this in to Article cat snowmobile makers and ask for a 50% cut . So this is officially my idea.

Showing coronavirus cases only by county is useless.
Coconino county contains more than 18,000 square miles. You think it's useful to tell me there are cases out there ... somewhere?
Obviously it is not useful at all. Other states show cases by city. Why not Arizona?

List the age of individuals that have died due to complications of COVID-19
It would be helpful for statistical purposes to list the ages of the individuals that have died due to complications of COVID-19.

Zip code map not interactive
Cannot zoom, read zip codes, or get ANY specific zip code info using my iPad. Is it just the mobile version? Why not Use a GIS to enable the map? Check out Johns Hopkins for an example.

Covid Cases Day By Day Chart
As with the other comments I see here, others also cannot see all the days in your chart. Whomever programs your website has done a poor job....not sure you really care or you might do something about it....prove me wrong!

More age categories for the dead plus underlying conditions
You need to add more age groupings:
65-74
75-84
85 and older
Also knowing if people had underlying conditions is helpful
Check out NYC:

Add chart that shows new cases by date
Please restore the chart that shows the number of new cases by date and by county. The trendline is critically important.

COVID-19 Death Data
Summing up the deaths by day from the chart gives a greater number than the reported total deaths.
As of 4/22 there is a difference of 32 deaths.
Why the discrepancy?

Add trendline to daily new Covid cases
It would be helpful to add a 5-day or 7-day moving average trendline to the graph showing daily new Covid cases. The case numbers are clearly affected by weekday/weekend discrepancies in testing, which makes it hard to see trends, such as whether cases are increasing or decreasing, and how quickly. This would be helpful for statewide and county level data.

Covid dashboard data is wrong! % of cases is incorrect
The number of current cases 8,919 divided by the number of tests given 85,253 as of today, May 4th is not 8% as you show it. It is actually 10.46%. This is simple math - 8,919 divided by 85,253 = .1046 or 10.46%
The data is not correct and you are providing false data on this website.

Additional age detail on Covid deaths on the dashboard
Over 75% of the deaths were over 65. Please breakdown by age groups of no more than ten years, like you did for 45 to 55 and 55 to 65. Add 65-75 and 75 to 85 and over 85

Covid19 test and positive test percentage
Covid19 testing as it relates to Positive cases - If you now allow anyone to get a test and you have substantially increased the number of test wouldn't that lower the positive test percentages. I would like to know what is the positive test percentage based on when you changed the testing criteria. Since you relaxed who can get tested and increase the number i am not sure what the positive test percentage even tells you since you are including all of the test given. could you please explain that to me.

Provide access to previous data displayed on the Summary page
It would be informative to have access to all the data from previous Summary pages. Having only one day available makes comparisons and detecting trends very difficult.

Since 80% of AZ deaths are among the 65+ age group...
Break out 65-74, 75-84, 85+

historic zip code data
Can you give us historic zip code data so we can see which areas have the fastest and slowest change in cases rather than just the cumulative amount?
