Covid19 test and positive test percentage
Covid19 testing as it relates to Positive cases - If you now allow anyone to get a test and you have substantially increased the number of test wouldn't that lower the positive test percentages. I would like to know what is the positive test percentage based on when you changed the testing criteria. Since you relaxed who can get tested and increase the number i am not sure what the positive test percentage even tells you since you are including all of the test given. could you please explain that to me.

Those statements are correct, like no one from the DHS or Govt is reading any comments, I am afraid we are just chatting with ourselves

Totally correct, by now we should have rapid testing at schools and business with 25 employees or more, instead of a reduction of tests and major increase.

I agree. When you restrict who is allowed to be tested (symptomatic only, in the urgent care centers) and just test anyone who walks into self-test centers for whatever reason, how can you possibly say the percentages have any meaning at all? Without a random sample across the population, this is a dangerously deceptive metric. You are doing a huge disservice to the people of Arizona by even publishing this calculation.
