Change back to the old MMJ application system
The rollout of the new application system has been riddled with problems. The processing time of applications has increased. Many patients are struggling to access their portals because of errors in the data being used by DHS. Hold times on the phones have increased. When speaking to anyone within the office, everyone regrets the changes were made. The easiest way to fix this terrible rollout is to resume accepting applications through the old system. In less than 8 weeks there will be no more renewal applications to process for a year. Those are the patients who are causing the most problems for this application system. That would have been the proper time to try this half baked experiment. Give your employees and the patients throughout Arizona relief from this unfortunate mistake.
