  2. Let us know how to schedule 2nd vax

    There are no instructions that I could find to schedule 2nd vax.
    Can you folks try for a minute to put yourselves in OUR shoes.
    You are employed to serve the public. NOT Gov. Ducey.

  3. Mistake in your confirmation email

    It says: "If you have additional questions, please contact your local health department listed at https://podvaccine.azdhs.gov"
    However there are NO health departments listed there.

  5. Have a secure site for pre-registration for vaccines and have a phone number

    My browser will not allow access to your insecure site and there is no phone number to call for the State Farm Stadium site. So, how is one supposed to register?

  8. Your vaccination website needs fixing.

    There is no provision for retired. How many people over 75 are not retired?

    You need to show open dates and times, not makes us search through every day and time.

  9. I have had a lousy experience trying to register for the COVID immunization. azhealth.gov/findvaccine has no registration portal

    People want to register for COVID vaccine. why don't you give them a portal to register in instead of all that advertising junk.
    You are just lying about helping people register.

  10. Frustrating

    What is the plan? We ought to be able to register and be on a list when vaccine comes. Right now apparently thousands got into get appointments when I have been trying to get in since last week. One phone line for thousands to call doesn’t make sense.

  12. DONT WASTE MY TIME.

    WENT TO CDC SITE & ASKED ABOUT GETTING THE COVID-19 VACCINE & LOCATIONS. WAS DIRECTED TO FIND VACCINES LOCATIONS. NOTHING ABOUT COVID-19. I CANNOT FIND OUT ABOUT MY HUSBAND GETTING THE VACCINE. HE IS 83, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, OBESE & A THREE WIRE PACEMAKER. AS FAR AS I CAN SEE HE IS IN THE 1C GROUP, LAST GROUP TO GET VACCINATED BUT SHOULD BE IN A T LEAST THE 1B GROUP. OUR DOCTORS SAID TO CONTACT ADHS. CAN YOU GIVE ME WHAT HIS CATEGORY IS FOR THE COVID-19 VACCINE & HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO GET IT. TO DATE…

    The UI/UX does not serve the public well. It should be easy to schedule an appointment to get a shot and it certainly is not easy

  16. Your web page for COVID vaccination signup

    To say the least, this page doesn't reflect well on your group, AZDHS or the State. Among other things the procedure for entering a birth date is defective - click on the calendar for a list of years and you get years starting with 1 (presumably AD). I finally scrolled forward 1900+ years to get to 1945. It is impossible to directly enter the year. After we got past this your code apparently didn't like Windows 10/Chrome, giving an error message "tablets not supported."

  19. Phone Call back

    When attempting to talk to a real person 844 542-8201 I'm currently on hold for an hour. While I understand how busy this help line is, how about using a method of call back so I don't need to wait on phone.
