Hi My name is Shukri Harun, and I have contacted you to get my immunization records twice and I recived it twice but the documents is missing vital records of the doses of when I took it. and I'm using the documents and comparing it between my Baby Shots (the blue little book) that conatins all of my immunization records.

Megan Whitby - I agree with Tabitha Hauer that YOU need to improve the marijuana testing system. I enjoy recreational marijuana and if YOU can not assure me that the growers or dispensaries are selling me product that is SAFE and PESTICIDE FREE, i will obtain my herb on the streets, like before. Random testing is my preference!

Why must permanently disabled military vet's provide another MD approval to renew card??
The VA Healthcare system will not participate in the AZ medical marijuana program, which requires a doctors verification, to renew current medical card. We must AGAIN fund another doctor to renew our card! Could a state program be more burdensome to disabled vet's??

BAD Restuarant that opened today!
JJs Fry Bread at 1810 W Northern, opened today. I was excited to take my family to a new place. However, we were horrified by the filth and incompetence of the place!!! So much so we would not eat there, and I almost canceled the order altogether. I have been in food service for 40 years, and management for over 5 years. Unable to open pdf doc
When attempting to open pdf file, it opens Adobe and then immediately opens the search page again. The pdf never loads in the Adobe app. (I have an Adobe pro account, so the issue isn't on this end)
