JJs Fry Bread at 1810 W Northern, opened today. I was excited to take my family to a new place. However, we were horrified by the filth and incompetence of the place!!! So much so we would not eat there, and I almost canceled the order altogether. I have been in food service for 40 years, and management for over 5 years. There is absolutely no reason for such filth EVERYWHERE, including the bathrooms! When I asked how long they had been open, they said only a couple of hours, and today was the first day. I saw no sign from the health department, no permits of any kind. And no signage of anyone going thru any kind of management training. Please check into this asap!I refuse to go back! The floor looked like someone had thrown up, and it was never cleaned! Tables were sticky and nasty! Trashes were completely full, and again, they only opened today!!! These people are going to make someone sick, I guarantee it! This has to be looked into at your earliest convenience, please.
