  1. Appointment page for vaccine is not working

    My 78 year old mother is not getting an appointment for Covid19 vaccine,
    my father passed away in December from Covid19

    Thank you that your web site is not working.

  2. I think your podvaccine scheduling programming sucks.

    1. Instead of asking when you would like to be vaccinated, present slots that are available and let the customer pick one.

    2. The question "Do you have insurance?" in unanswerable for us on Medicare ADVANTAGE. (a 3rd option).

  3. 2nd covid vaccine availability to sign up

    I have an appointment for myself and family on the 21st of January at Chandler. When will appointments open for my 2nd vaccine? Please email me with that information. I have tried to sign up on the website for the second vaccine and it says no appointments are available.

  4. Inability to schedulde appointment for covid-19 vaccine

    I am 75 years old, have registered on the AZ covid-19 website, but am unable to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine. For every date between 1/16/21 thru 2/5/21, I receive the message "There are currently no events available..." Why are no vaccination sites available within 50 miles of my home in Sierra Vista for the next 3 weeks? I am especially concerned because next Tuesday the state is making the vaccine available to even more people, and I may be forced to wait months to find an available appointment.

  5. Change your reporting matrix of COVID cases to over 5,000

    Almost the entire map of AZ is red now which depicts over 1,000 cases by zip code. This is no longer helpful. The matrix should be updated to reflect numbers greater than 1,000 to get a more meaningful picture of communities who have more cases.

  6. THIS SITE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. I HAVE TRIED FOR 5 DAYS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THE SITE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH UNLESS YOU ARE 25.

    Redo the web site so that it flows and can be seen on the average laptop screen.. The next button is way to far away from the information requested... The idea of a calendar button to get the date is not intuitive for those not used to using one. I for one had never seen that, only type in the date. Took me many tries to find out how to use it... I only have a Dr. education, not a Dr. in computer science. I certainly am not the only one that has had a problem with trying to get…

  7. Better scheduling information for Covid Scheduling.

    Why doesnt your web site let you select a date and time for a Covid Vaccination? And why does it not give you a message when and why you cant ?

    It just leaves you hanging in limbo with nobody to call for help?

    You need to show what dates and times are available. It is impossible to schedule without knowing that.

  9. Use hydroxychloroquin for all suspected covid-19 cases for 7 days

    A. 7 days for all persons immediately who show symptoms
    B. 7 days for all who test positive
    C. I suspect (only from info on internet) that most of the serious problems stem from either blood clots or a hyperactive immune response

  13. BRING BACK THE OLD GENEOLOGY WEBSITE

    Who the "F" designed this new website for searching geneology records online of our ancestors? This new site is hard to use, not easy to understand and it's literally a POS. Bring back the other one so we can easily research our ancestors. This is total BS that you've made it htis hard to look for old records.

  14. Stop causing suicides

    Ever consider that, if you tell people to register now with a huge red banner, but people cant call to make appointments until tuesday.... it makes them all panic and think they are missing out on being able to register??????????????

    Are you people stupid??????? I'm just trying to not have a heart attack trying to find my 75yo mother an appointment date. But nooooooooooo you cant get that **** figured out. Sign in repeatedly to your scheduler but it always is blank no dates listed, on every day, at every site

  15. I don't know how to arrange the second shot

    I have an appointment for the first show on 1/27. I hope I didn't miss anything when I got this appointment. I don't have a clue how to go about the second shot. Will they give me an appointment when I get the first?

  16. Patient portal does not currently allow scheduling for dose 2 in group 1b even though we got the invitation email

    better instructions or public information. also, would like to see next available appointments instead of having to plod day by day.

  18. Maintain previous format for Birth-Death records

    Previous format and organization of CoB/DoD records presented an essential overview of related names which enabled the viewer to research uncertain relationships, correlate historic facts, and spontaneously identify related records. This new system is like searching for "a needle in a haystack" where the specific names and relationships need to be known. This is not an improvement for genealogical research. To the contrary, it makes it almost impossible to discover related records through association and inference. I have been using the az.gov-Arizona Genealogy website for many years and find this a gravely mistaken "improvement". Sadly it has rendered these records…

  19. purchasing CBD cream

    I have arthritis in my hands and shoulders. I would like to buy CBD cream containing THC for the pain. I acquired some CBD cream while in Colorado and found it is most helpful for the pain.

    Is there a procedure/registration that would allow me to purchase just CBD cream. My provider will write an RX for Steroids but not for CBD cream! The steroids have many bad side effects on my system.
