In 2011, the Arizona State Legislature changed the law, A.R.S. 36-136 (H)(4)(g) and A.R.S. 36-136 (H)(13), to allow residents to produce non-potentially hazardous baked and Confectionery products in their homes and to offer them for commercial sale within the state. The topics listed above provide general guidance for this law and information about required food handling permits in each county. The rules of this program are found in Arizona Administrative Code R-9-8-102.

Please provide historical graphical data of new COVID-19 cases, deaths and tests
I have been maintaining a spreadsheet with graphs showing new cases, deaths and weekly testing numbers for Covid-19 including 7-day moving average. I include 7-day moving averages which help remove the variability from the graph. I look at statewide data as well as data for Maricopa and Pima since these are the major metropolitan areas. Could this be added to the Covid-19 dashboard?

Table of Covid deaths overlaid with all current deaths and deaths in past years
At a minimum we need a table showing Covid deaths by week.
To put that in perspective we need an additional chart that shows the death rate by week for:
- Average of past years
- This year's death rate by week
- The death rate attributed to Covid by week.
In other words, please provide us a view -- by week -- of how many people normally die, how many are dying above that from Covid, and how many are dying above that for unknown/other reasons. For a model, see the Statistics section (page 73) of The Economist for…6 votes -
Update the COVID Data Dashboard to Accurate Percentage
Update the data dashboard numbers to be accurate. If you've tested 88,000 people and there's over 9000 positive cases, that's more than an 8% total of the population. Someone doesn't know how to do math.

Show available dates and times
COVID 19 Vaccination Registration
This is nuts, why when I try to register for a vaccination why doesn't it show me a list of available dates and times versus me having to pick a date click 17 times to only find out there is nothing available and then to start that all over with a new date. Highly recommend showing a a list of available dates and times for folks to select from. The existing method is time consuming and frustrating.6 votes -

Website Data is Suspect and Potentially Meaningless
As of May 29, 2020, the AZHS website lists 18,465 confirmed cases in the state. One would assume a confirmed case has a positive test to back this conclusion. However, the positive tests listed on the website (209,813 PCT tests with 6.7% positive, and 87,682 serology tests with 2.9% positive) total 16,599. That leaves at least 1865 confirmed cases without a matching test.
Furthermore, if AZHS counts a positive serology test as a confirmed case, what date do they attribute it too? A positive serology test indicates at best, a past infection, so attributing it to any date (date of…

Cannot zoom, read zip codes, or get ANY specific zip code info using my iPad. Is it just the mobile version? Why not Use a GIS to enable the map? Check out Johns Hopkins for an example.

COVID-19 Death Data
Summing up the deaths by day from the chart gives a greater number than the reported total deaths.
As of 4/22 there is a difference of 32 deaths.
Why the discrepancy?

Break out 65-74, 75-84, 85+

Do as other states are doing, release inmates from jails that are low risk and have health issues. Our son just got over bronchitis.
I do have an idea for face shields, I used to live in MN and was an avid snowmobilier, make visors as those snowmobilers wear only attach the plastic piece to a hat such as a baseball hat. The curve of the plastic piece would curve back from the bill protecting the side of the face too. I planned to turn this in to Article cat snowmobile makers and ask for a 50% cut . So this is officially my idea.

Showing coronavirus cases only by county is useless.
Coconino county contains more than 18,000 square miles. You think it's useful to tell me there are cases out there ... somewhere?
Obviously it is not useful at all. Other states show cases by city. Why not Arizona?
