I have an account, but not an online password...thus I am in a loop and can't register for testing.
I tried to set up my account. When I entered a password, the system said it didn't meet the requirements. Before I could enter another, it left the site. So now, if I try to set up an account, it says I have one. If I try to say I forgot my password, it says I have no account. When I call the center, I just get cut off. Can anyone help me with this? Sorry to take your time, and thanks for all you are doing!

Get your website fixed.
Is there a reason when the general public seeks general information for your website about Covid, the site consistently locks up/freezes and does not respond. The public seeks information from your site, in an effort to minimize the need to call your office. However, if information continues to remain available, what do you suggest? Show up to your offices in person. This is ****-poor management of your site. You should fire whomever is responsible for maintaining the site, as it is obvious they are asleep on the job and just negligent.

Shameful COVID Vaccine Priorities
Now I know your agency is not competent. Those of us over 65 are the folks who are dying, not the gas station attendants! I find it hard to believe you’re prioritizing bank tellers and auto workers higher than the most vulnerable population in the state. Obviously, health care workers and SNF patients should go first. But how can you downgrade those over 65 to the bottom of the priority list? This is criminal and obviously politically motivated by a governor who values business interests over the elderly. Shame on you for politicizing the vaccine. I guess Dr. Crist is…

Revise the public service announcement on how to wear a face mask.
I think Dr. Christ ought to revise the public service announcement on how to wear a face mask. Instead of storing the used mask in a ziplock baggie, the mask ought to be DRIED FIRST (either in sun, on clothes line, or in microwave) before storing. A used mask will be moist from exhaled air and can harbor germs when stored in a sealed plastic bag.

a nursing student got an invite to get vaccine this month. i think this is very unfair. she is not working at a hospital. i think nurses
at hospitals should give theirs to the elderly. the nurses and doctors are protected. the elderly are the ones going to the hospital and vaccinating the help first does not slow the spread. plus, elderly have suffered enough. stuck at home, scared almost to death. the age should go down to even perhaps 55 but definitely no older than 62 which is the legal first retirement age. olders who get it ususally cannot breathe - and have long term breathing problems thereafter. do the right thing cara christ!!!!

Make available with ease
Dispensaries are not able to provide a patient with their allotment amount. Would be helpful if it was easy to access via the ADHS site.

Storage of face masks
Recently I saw a commercial regarding storage of face masks. People were told to store their masks in a plastic bag. I take issue with that. Retaining moisture in the mask would act as a petri dish for breeding bacteria. If the mask is going to be reused, I suggestd that it be exposed to the sun's UV rays for drying and sterilization. I offer this suggestion as a retired biology teacher.

Mini-faceshields are not acceptable substitutes for cloth face covering
The mini-face shields which only cover a portion of the face should not be allowed as a substitute for a cloth face covering that is supposed to cover mouth and nose. The CDC does not endorse a FULL faces shield as equivalent or suitable. These, are even less effective, especially considering people will be at various positions in a gym and they move when an individual talks. My gym is currently permitting these. Gyms are not exactly low-risk and permitting these, with rising cases, seems absurd. I have complained to gym management and they advise mini-shields are permitted by adhs…

Is it possible to aggregate test stats to an individual?
Tests performed include people being tested for the first time and others who've been tested multiple times, for various reasons. Without aggregating tests to a specific person, the stats make it look like a larger percentage of the population has been tested than it has. I have now had 3 tests. all negative. I had a friend who got covid and had about 8 tests before he finally got a negative test.

If AZ is hoping to covid immunize as many AZ residents as possible, it would be wise to specifically share its distribution plan.
Please tell us ahead of time what we need to do to get in line for the Covid vaccine, what documentation we will need, etc. If AZ wants the highest participation possible, this information should be seen on all local news stations and newspapers on a regular basis.

Why was the number of cases in 85009 cut almost in half this past week. I was following the increases for it for months. This is strange!
Just like the election, now we have Covid reporting anomalies. What's up?

Your resignation is overdue.
Storing a covid mask in a baggie. Insanity. Only KK could have thought of this.
