  2. make your registration for vaccine less confusing and complex

    Your web site is the worse that i have ever encountered. I have been trying for 4 days to get an appointment i am 79 yrs old and computer literate. worked with graphics and data for 30 years and yet i keep going in circles'. what a mess you all have made of this. you had an entire year to figure it out and it is a CLUSTER F.^%$$ YOU SEND A VERIFICATION CODE ON FIRST PAGE, THEN TELL ME I AM ALREADY REGISTERED WHEN TRYING TO INPUT. YOUR SITE YOU SEND IS INACTIVE. OH VHEY. NUTS.

  5. Allow State Farm Stadium to send invites for to individuals needing second dose from soon to be closed Abrazo site.

    No other location is holding spots and now my mother's second dose has been pushed. Another Goodyear location needs to be set up to handle these people - this is not fair for those individuals!

  6. Stop Non-U.S. citizens from getting app. for Covid-19 vaccinations

    I know numerous Canadians who do not have dual citizenship who are getting all their Canadian friends to come to Az to get Vaccinations. They do have appointments. WHY are they getting vaccinations and we can't? I have spent hours on line going through Dec 30 of 2021 only to be told the vaccines are gone through March and that until they get more, there won't be any further appointments made. This makes me extremely upset. The people I know are 62 and 63 and in good health. I am 69 and can't get an appointment. This is NOT FAIR

  7. Am I required to get my vacine ONLY in my resident county or can I obtain it in a nearby county

    Am I required to get my covid vaccine ONLY in my resident county or can I obtain it in a nearby county. We live in the East Valley almost Pinal County which is much closer that driving across the city to get to Maricopa County facilities.

  8. Have the option to find next available appointments

    Instead of requiring you input all your personal info each time you search, have the ability for your application to find “next available appointment”. Totally stupid that we have to input info multiple times to try to find an appointment.

  9. Fix your web site by keeping it updated & present the information with at least a modicum of clarity.

    Try keeping your web site update & present the information with some clarity.
    The ADHS web site is awful & clear info is needed for the state's population health & our very lives.
    No excuses
    People need jobs so train & hire folks- who can work at home - to assist us during.

  10. You can't get to the User Help document until AFTER you log in

    There is a website useabilty issue here. The User Help information should be available immediately once reaching the POVaccine page because instructions to create your sign in are part of that document. Instead it is only after you create your personal sign in information that you can read this. No response to this email is necessary.

  11. Vaccine Registration

    WHY do you make us go through entering all the data required including our insurance only for there to be NO appointments available? I did it all twice (because your system doesn't save the information). HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

  18. Zipcode data for today Jan 26 has lower numbers for EVERY zipcode

    The data for Jan 26 is probably not correct. Every single zip code shows lower numbers than the prior day's download file. Please verify

  19. Schedule both 1st and 2nd vaccines at the same time

    Schedule both 1st and 2nd vaccine at the same time. I am not able to get the second vaccine scheduled for the elderly members of my family. They never received the email. They will be showing up during the week of the due date. Be prepared to see a flock of old people on the evening news. Feel free to contact me, Terry 602-568-4400. I know of at least 20 young people who received "walk up" vaccines..... These elderly people are not to be messed with.....
