make the graphics printable
The charts should be printable, it looks like you are intentionally trying to hide the statistics. What number of deaths have co-morbidity issues? Right now that number appears to percentage of cases.
Finally why are we shutting down many businesses?
Why don't you tell people what vitamins to take to bolster their immune systems?1 vote -
up date the dashboard
When is the #2 Benchmark going to be updated? The last update was August 2. We would like to get our lives back and this is the last benchmark we need to meet in AZ to potentially do that.

Covid chart and page
Why does the Covid chart show 2 deaths on August 25 and then a total of 104 deaths in a larger labeled area. This is confusing. I read the asterisk and still don't understand why the difference. What else are you including in the larger total? Is it probable cases and the 2 is confirmed? Please clarify.

The data doesn't match (or is confusing)
The COVID Total positivity rate for Pima Cty on the Schools Benchmarks page (delayed two weeks) doesn't match the Dashboards page for Pima Cty (delayed?).

barcode issues
I received a barcode by email for the COVID19 test I have scheduled for tomorrow on Ruthrauff in Tucson. Now when I open the email, the barcode is no longer accessible. Please advise how I can handle this. I tried to log in with the username and password I thought I created, but failed. There are similar issues listed here, but no responses.

A daily accounting of that days infection rate % not calculated on total cases or the RO #
We follow the AZHS dashboard every day in an attempt to follow trending. Daily/weekly data isolated for each week and perhaps weekly comparisons would offer more helpful information on how to gauge readiness to resume certain activities. Perhaps adding the RNOT numbers would be helpful?

Conflicting Data - Schools vs Data Dashboard
I am a teacher looking to see when I'll be returning to in-person instruction, but, as far as I can tell, it looks like the data given for Pima County in the Data Dashboard is very different from the data given from Pima County within Schools. The metrics themselves aside, the differences in data are not inspiring a lot of confidence.
The Data Dashboard has the positivity rate at 9% for Pima County while the Schools section has the positive rate at 6.2% for Pima County.
In addition, the Data Dashboard has Pima County at 2,010.3 for rate of cases,…

SCHOOL COVID19 DASHBOARD DATA
COVID - SCHOOL BENCHMARKS
1B - has not be updated for ALL counties - August 2 - 83 per 100,000 and then Aug 9 - 64 per 100,000... I called in the hotline and the person told me to report that here. 1 B should be marked as MET for all counties - unless you're waiting until each county has MET? Could you provide clarifciation?1 vote -
Use Tableau Actions
Use Tableau Actions to allow these sheets to interact with one another. If I select a county, the deaths by age group should update as an example.

Show county name on dashboard
On COVID 19 info dashboard you can select on map but county name isn't displayed. Would be beneficial to display county name or Arizona prominently on dashboard.

Are ASU's numbers included with the county's count?
There is nothing that would prohibit the numbers from being included. What is ASU and AZ trying to hide. A positive case is a positive case. If the Dept. doesn't know where the infection is coming from you don't know to react. There is no privacy issue with "numbers".

Breakdown of over 65
65 plus age range is very wide. As most COVID deaths are in this range it would be helpful to see additional ages. E.g 65 - 80, 80 and over

Bring back the covid banner with direction to the different dashboards on the home page of azdhs. No need for a commercial on Dr Christ
The ease and immediately available information that you did have on the AZDHS home page is superior to the banner of Dr Christ that is not helpful at all. People should not have to search to find information on Covid.

A QUESTION
Are the universities reporting their cases to the state and are they included on the dashboard??

Make PCR positive rate for the week easier to find
Regarding the COVID data dashboard. Finding recent PCR positive test rates is buried in a mouse over on laboratory results page. You might consider putting the running average for some time period on the summary page. A relative was thinking we are at 12% when really at ~5%, mostly likely including some false positives(?).

Web site is terrible
Governor just spent 2 hours telling everyone to go to this website to find flu vaccination locations and schedule. There is nothing on the home page related to this.

Non-resident covid testing
Could you clarify what is done with covid test results for non-residents such as college students and snowbirds who are residing in Arizona for significant periods of time? It seems that as long as they are residing here, they need to be included as they are part of the general population who can be part of community spread, particularly for college students, but I cannot find any information on this issue on your website.
