    This is crazy confusing. How do I make an appointment for the covid 19 vaccine? I am all over the Pima County Health Department web site & cannot find an answer. Very frustrating.

  3. Registering for a Covid-19 vaccine

    No event ever populates for any date going all the way through May. If this is the only website that registers the vaccine we're doomed. Should be able to send info and be contacted when you can go.

  4. Finding a vaccine does not currently appear to work!

    Hi - two suggestions for software improvement:
    1. "Search within 50 miles" checkbox needs to be clearly expandable to greater than 50 miles (currently not clear what happens when box is unchecked)
    2. Appointment dates - need to show only next available dates on a monthly calendar, not have people search for days one by one.

  5. Help getting appt at Glendale sports arena. Need designated contact for 75 older to get appt for 2nd vaccine by for those needing separate

    How can I get 2nd dose appt at sports arena I don’t have desk top computer....... I tried to 211 then put in my new new dose # for my husbands and myself; then I was told 211 is not monitored. So can web thieves steal our 2nd dose verification codes numbers I only have iPad. .....Help::::::::::::::::::::help,,,,,,,,,,help,,,,,,,,,,,

  6. Fix your website so it will provide a date for covid vaccine

    Please update your website. You can't enter any date at all and get registered for a vaccine. I put in dates out in June and still did not get a date. Please have your IT people check out the portal. It can't be that hard to insure that everything is up and running properly if you have the IT support.
    Also change your guideline to conform to the new CDC guidelines recently issued for covid-10 vaccinations. The criteria is now 65 with underlying health conditions that may be someone at increased risk for a poor outcome if infected with covid.…

  7. Please send out notices as to when your portal actually take dates for covid-19 vaccines

    Your portal doesn't work. It gives no date selected for a covid vaccine. I went out six months and no date was acceptable.
    Also the CDC has changed the guidelines for vaccination. It is now 65 years of age and older. Your website still has 75. For those 65 and older with underlying health conditions that could pose a serious or dire consequence if they are infected with covid-19, the CDC is now saying they should be vaccinated now.

    Separate Maricopa co from the other counties and list them one by one.

    For god's sake, set it up so it stores the entered data for my "account". I went through all that trouble, find no apponitments available, and will have to start from the beginning the next time I try to schedule an appointment.

    I'm trying to log both myself & my wife onto this system. She and I share the same e-mail address & password. The system won't allow me to add her name to my account- ???
    She is important - 88 years old & suffers from chronic COPD. She especially needs to be vaccinated!

  14. first come first served do the whole family at one time

    your site sucks never gives you the full option to fill out information for scheduling and comes up with my wifes name even when i put in all my own information we have tried to schedule 8 times each and never been able to even called they said albertsons was scheduling we tried that and they were not scheduling the whole program is showing how weak this country really is its just a good thing this wasn't a national disaster area very discussed with this unfriendly program never taking all the information when all slots are filled up trying to…

  16. Up to date information on availability of vaccine reservations by location

    Every time I log onto the POD there are no reservations available. It takes a while to find that out on the website, repeating info that could be stored. For instance, if the Stadium has no openings/reservations available, give that input in a way easily found.

  17. do the whole family at one time

    have people go online fill out the paper work for how many people in the family ages etc. without scheduling shots that would be determined by who is getting the information and when they got the information then they could send the people an e mail of when to bring in the whole family for shots faster more efficient and you wouldn't have to have to pay a census taker you would have an accurate count for the feds. when they dole out the money to each state depending on population.

  18. My mother is 99 and I am the primary healthcare worker. I'd like to sign up for the drive through vaccine in advance of the Jan 19 date

    this is the 2nd time I've tried to talk to someone to sign up for the first covid shot. my mother is 99 and I am the primary health care worker. I get a blank screen when I go to pod vaccine.azhs.gov. Was hoping to go to state farm during the hours of 11am - 3am and get both of our shots ar the same time. I am unable to sign on or get anyone to help. I've spent at least 4 hours trying to navigate your sites.

    Sign up page does not have a place to enter your password, yet sign in page asks for a password?? I put in a password but it says invalid. Tried several times.
